I enjoy them too. Mylot has made some major changes over the last year. I think that gal that helped find some problems and solved them really was a good thing. I have been on several other sites like this one but none of them was as good as this one. I always enjoy time spend on here. Glad you enjoy it too.

Well I personally do not really use these that much. It is always nice to have these available though when I want to use them. 
I guess since it takes a little more time to use them, is why most of the time I do not. Have Fun with them.

I signed up nine months ago so I was not here when they first added them. I can certainly say they are a big part of many discussions and a part I can certainly appreciate, as many of members use them wisely and they add a bit more creativity to fun discussions.
So I will use this opportunity to express myself with them also. lol

I actually joined mylot 3 months ago and the emoticons are already available,didn't know it wasn't available before,lol! When I first saw the smileys on some mylotters,I was so excited to use it at once but then I realized that I am only entitled to use those when I reached the rank of 200,so I participated more just to reach 200 and voila,now I can use it!
Posting replies are really more enjoyable when ther are smileys!
The sad thing is we are only entitled to use upto 3 smileys,well,better to have 3 smileys than nothing at all,right?

There's OK, but for me it is more about the writing. I would rather see what a person has to say, than a bunch of smilies. With my vision, I can't tell what the expression is supposed to be anyway. I do agree though, that MyLot has come a long way since I started on it in November of 2006.

Smilies are lots of fun.. I have actually been forgetting to use them lately for the most part. I need to start using them again because they are really cute., and they are really fun to use and make a discussion or a response look a lot more fun and enjoyable to to read. I still don't think I've been a year, so I was here when the smilies wre already established. I didn't see the 'old' myLot.

since i'm new to mylot and as i've read the comments i guess i will really be expecting more from mylot and i am excited to see the positive sides of mylot as i continue to explore..meet new friends, share stories, give advices and maybe perhaps be able to be an inspiration to others..:)
