Eating more fruits is good for body or not

I observed most people eat fruits only in every fast and even a guest is came in their house then they will serve the fruits only. I think fruit is so costly and any thing which is excess than requirement then that is harmful for body. So I want to know eating more fruits is best for body or mind or not necessary to eat more fruits. Share your valuable knowledge and thanks for advance

Eating fruits is good for people´s health, fruits provide a great amount of minerals and vitamins escential for the body, provide water, to moist the tissues, they are eadily digest, so, almost anybody can consume them, and besides all the above, they are delicious. Fruist are very unexpensive where I do live, that I dont find it costly, but, even if it was, they are so valuable for health, that I think it would be worth to buy. A neighbour gave me a recipe, I would like to share with you now, and with all in Mylot, drinking the juice of five diferent types of fruits, not including citrus, to keep the skin young. Does it work?, well, the lady is already 67, and not a wrinkle in her face, but around her eyes.

Hello dear friend, well, you can include any type of fruit you want to, but citrus, I don´t know why, you can include, for instance, mellon, water mellon, strawberry, bananas, pineapple, grapes, papaya, etc, you can include, if you wish, vegetables as carrots and celery, but, keeping five fruits.

Nice sir food is less expensive in your country good then send it for me ha ha ha. Yes this is valuable for health and easily digest some time excess is loss. Which 5 types fuits juice is important tell to the mylotter friends. Nice even in 67 yrs no wrinkle and here only in 35 yrs more wrinkle not more but some little bit because my daily eating habit is not good. Thanks to nice response. I will rated it.

The only fruits I eat is pineapple and coconut. Other then those I do not because I cannot take the textures of many fruits as I swallow them. I think a well balance diet should include a good proportion of fruits. Often I believe they are good to detoxify the fat from our system.

Oh suny you have two homes?? I cannot eat bananas and wish I could but cannot i don't like the way they feel as I swallow them, I feel they are yucky. lol

ohhhhhhhh pineapple is my favorite I am always ready to drink the pineapple juice no other juice I like ya friend out choice is same even my husband also like more pineapple juice than other. Yes Good proportion is necessary in food and fruits both. Thanks to response

As a health educator, I can tell that it is never a good thing to eat only one kind of food. However, as part of a normal, balanced diet adding more fruit is often a good thing to do.

What I know, eat the fruit many benefits, one of which prevents heart attacks. But if too much, perhaps there are negative effects on the body. Everything that is excessive, definitely not good. So better to eat fruit, only as needed.

Any thing in excess quantity is not good for health, whether it is fruit or milk. Fruit give us some vitamins, minearls. Our body also want proteins carbohydrates etc. Fruits are not rich source of these. In case of fast fruits are good one. By eating fruits we can relax our digestive system.

I like fruits. Id say fruits are realy importantpart of the diet... Its good for ur health and it helpseejuvenate our bodies too. I know graes help prevet headaches... Oranges and citrus fruts have vit c forour body's imunity. Theres appleand banana too for digestion and watermelon that gives us water... And all these stuffs w need....

Yeah, I think so. Anything that is in excess of the usual recommended amount is bad for our health. Most fruits are sweet so I assume that it contains too much sugar in it though it is called natural sugar. And also most of the fruits that we can buy commercially are grown with pesticides, so there are still effects on our health. So always eat in moderation.

More of any thing is bad you know, more over it is not easy to get fresh, local fruits, the grapes, oranges, apples are from other places, heavily coated with pesticides, apples are wax coated.. we enjoy eating guava, papita,mango, sitaphal and some fruits from jungles , the tribal women sell in markets here.. Wow seriously? Fruits give you energy for your body and mind. Keep you healthy. Keep you from getting sick. Yes, fruits alone can do that. I use to go to this little stand that made fresh fruit smoothes. There`s a reason why their slogan says "One frutas a day makes the doctor go away." I think anyone who thinks eating too much fruit is crazy.

Eating fruits is definitely healthy. The reason why is because fruits create "roughage" in your digestive system which helps you excrete wastes in your body mor easily. You are supposed to excrete wastes once a day in order to be healthy. Without eating fruits, it may be harder to excrete wastes and you will excrete wastes less frequently. However, excess in ANYTHING is bad so this will also apply to fruits. Eat the right amount of fruits each day. An apple a day keeps the doctor away.

Yes, it is said that eating fruits is very good for you and I have heard that some people only ever eat fruits. If I only ate fruits how ever, I would be very ill, because I would have bad health reactions to the sugar they contain, so for the most part, I eat plenty of vegetables, near to their raw state and do not eat fruits very often at all. _Derek

You are right, anything in excess is bad for you. An apple a day keeps the doctor away. You eat lots of fruit will probably give you problems in someway. Eating everything in proportion is good.

I am not really sure if its bad for the body to eat more fruits but they always say that too much of a good thing is also bad enough. These foods are also taken moderately and with some considerations as well, I guess its still part of the word of wisdom. And you are right, fruits are expensive. Good thing there are cheap fruits here in the Philippines.

For me, I should eat every type of food in moderately. For instance, the banana contains high level of sugar and we are not advised to eat too many of banana within a day. As such, do not eat excess fruits especially for those senior citizens.

I heard that there are a lot of vitamins and minerals that you can get from the fruit, fruits have lots of fibers that will help clean your digestive system and a lot more, it can help you become healthy and make your skin glow.
