It is the mistake of the pay pal administration. You can consult the customer care of the pay pal website. They will provide you entire statistics and history that how the transactions were done. And You have to draw the money as soon as possible from your pay pal account to your bank account.

Hi surekharathi Contact Paypal right away, it sounds like an issue with Paypal not Triond. See Triond sent it which is a good sign, so it has to do with your Paypal for some reason. There is a Contact email in Paypal and find out directly from them whey they returned it. I would suggest the help center in Triond which is the previous information I gave you with www.getsatisfaction. But since payment was sent I suspect it is an issue with PayPal. Make sure that you do not have a limited account and or what you can do to get the issue corrected. Let me know if anything I can help with.

What you need to do in this situation is file a dispute with Paypal. I did have this happen to me once and it was money that I had rightfully earned, so I filed a dispute with paypal and they were able to get it straightened out. However, if you don't feel like that small amount of money is worth a dispute, then I would recommend that you close out the triond account that you have right now and also your paypal account and start new accounts.

As other says contact paypal, for sure they will tell you the story about the return because I experienced return also then they told me the details.. Paypal is very prompt to any inquiry about problem or issues.. just contact them... However I experience some problem about triond submission of articles unable to edit in the submit form, I don't why... see you around

same happened for me in few other websites , like postingforcash.info 2 dollars came to my paypal acc , but later refunded to the the web owner like some other website also same thing happened...but hearing this case with triond is the first case...

I am beginning to realize how dangerous facebook is. So sorry. But I think Owlwings and HWG have already given you the right solution. I have nothing new to add.

"But returned " in the sense i can't understand , but you must have changed your password or you must made some security issues after you got up with your hacked facebook account

I would contact PayPal and Triond. Tell them both the issue and see what they say. As far as being hacked, you need to change all your passwords and possibly user names also. Like I said in a previous post, check and see if there is any spyware on your computer, someone could be watching what you're doing from a remote location somewhere. Maybe someone who does not want you doing what you're doing, or wants to know everything you're doing.

Hello Surekha....it is sad to hear your facebook account got hacked but for the payment reverse i think the best option is to contact paypal...they will be able to trace the reason i think HWG gave you quite good advice you should follow it and hope everything works out fine....and yep change your email address for all your online ids....
