http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/144085 Hamas co-founder Mahmoud Zahar on Wednesday told the Maan news agency Hamas would never recognize Israel. Saying Hamas would accept a PA state based on the "1967 borders," Zahar made it clear a peace accord would only serve as a prelude to Israel's destruction. Zahar, who has served as Hamas' foreign minister in Gaza since 2006, said Hamas would not recognize Israel because doing so would "cancel the right of the next generation to liberate the land." So there you have it, Obama is playing into their hands. He asks Israel to accept this organization to have say in Israel's security, to have a Palestinian state run by these thugs right in it's midst?

Of course that is true. Those Muslim Brotherhood types are dedicated to the destruction of Israel, and that has been their stated goal from the very beginning. Since 0blabla has already said that he would take the side of the Muslims if things went bad,(or words to that effect) we can rest assured which side this Muslim in hiding is taking... and it sure isn't Israel's. 0blabla is an enemy to all who are not Muslim, including the US and Israel, as well as the rest of the Western nations.

Thats really True Debra!! these Islamists have made sure that make some good impression on the Western govts.,both in Europe and US Subcontinent, and to achieve their own evil aims indefinitely!! Hamas and Islamic Jihad had made an illusionary concept of a fictional Palestine(named after those barbarians Philistines who roamed around those regions in Roman times), and eventually aiming to destroy the democratic state of Israel. Its better the IDF and the Shin Bet makes some real sense of what these statehood dreams are and takes possible lethal action to prevent any miscalculations by these hardcore terrorists.Bibi has to persuade Obamie to stop supporting Radical elements in middle east, who actually want to bring in Fundamentalist Islam, in the guise of Democracy, and also stop Aid to Egypt and Lebanon immediately as they would be used against Israel and the West.Obamie should go!!Rascal!!

Yes, I agree. And it seems our President needs to buff up on history. http://www.tellthechildrenthetruth.com/arafat_en.html#_edn2 The entire government of the so called Palestinians is based on terror groups. Until they entered the picture (before Mandate ended) Arabs and Jews lived together in peace. The British encouraged discord and against Muslim's wishes appoints Amin Al Husseini as Grand Mufti over Jerusalem. The link between the Arab League and the Nazis is well documented and strong. It was the Arab League and the Muslim Brotherhood that the violence and hatred picked up and eventually led to what we have today. The 'Palestinian Problem' is a Nazi inspired plot to exterminate the Jews.

Does it really matter what anyone says or what anyone does? God has told us that the earth will be given to righteous people. Psalm 37:9-11 (New International Version) 9 For those who are evil will be destroyed, but those who hope in the LORD will inherit the land. 10 A little while, and the wicked will be no more; though you look for them, they will not be found. 11 But the meek will inherit the land and enjoy peace and prosperity. Matthew 5:5 (New International Version) 5 Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the earth.

Thanks for the BR award! Man may do what man may do but in the end God's purpose will triumph. There is no doubt about it. I have studied history in detail. In the end, God always wins. Things are proceeding exactly as God foresaw and purposed. We are not a split-second behind schedule. I am reminded of the following encouraging passage: Isaiah 55:8-11 Today's New International Version (TNIV) 8 “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the LORD. 9 “As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts. 10 As the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return to it without watering the earth and making it bud and flourish, so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater, 11 so is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.

Yeah. All they want is some more land. Then peace. All the mob wants is a little slice. And someone from the outside looking in might say "Hey, go ahead and give them something. They'll leave you alone then." But once you give it, they want more. And they won't ask nicely for it. They'll expect it since you gave it up. You're nothing after that. You're a pushover whose property is easy pickins for scum. It's easy for folks to stand back and suggest going back to a 1967 setup. However, things obviously weren't so great then. Duh. When Bush-era tactics gather the information and put the steps in place, and when highly-trained Navy SEALs are tasked for a mission, and when all Obama has to do is NOT talk about it beforehand and then give the go-ahead, he's A-OK with international affairs. Other than that, though, he's Schmucksville-5000. Yeah. Give in a little. Why not? It's not like millions upon millions surrounding Israel want to exterminate the Jews or anything.

I read that the heir apparent to bin Laden al Zawahiri has advised Hamas to take a hard line against Israel and America. http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,286520,00.html

I beg to disagree. I support Hamas in it's goals to create a independent Palestinian state. I'm sure sustainable peace is available if everybody works together instead of working selfishly for their own goals

SpYkzzzz, please explain some things to me, as you are apparently close to the situation. Why do the Palestinians want that land in particular? It has no oil, it's barren desert. Why not someplace else? And why do they hate the Jews so much and want them wiped out? I have never gotten any answers to these questions--I've asked but never gotten a coherent answer other than calling the Jews names.

Here's the answer: http://www.tellthechildrenthetruth.com/arafat_en.html#_edn2 It wasn't always the case that they didn't get along. That is not reported as it is not supportive of the goal of wiping out Israel. Read the history of the PLO and Hamas. Their goal is and always has been, exterminate Jews in Israel. It's not about land, under the original Mandate, the Arabs in the land were to get JORDAN. The Hashemite rulers made sure THAT didn't happen, the Hashemite Rulers in Jordan expelled the Palestinians when they embraced terrorists. NO ONE expects Jordan to absorb the refugees? No other Muslim country wants them and have refused to absorbe them. The Muslim countries expelled the Jews from their countries and Israel abosorbed them. And they got no compensation from those who stole their businesses and property. This is so one sided and the UK and America both have made a big mistake in allowing terrorists to call the shots. http://www.mideastweb.org/1939.htm That link is an article explaining the White Paper which limited Jewish immigration to Palestine during WWII, it was an attempt to 'appease' terrorists already operating in Palestine such as the Arab League and the Muslim Brotherhood. The first link tells you the history of both those organizations and their link to the Nazis.

@ dragon: Jerusalem is close to Jews,Christians and Muslims. All of us have religious connections to it in some way. Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem is the third holiest Mosque in the world. We would never abandon it.
