How do you handle a facebook stalker?

A childhood friend, who has wanted it to be more than that since we were in 5th grade, has friended me on facebook. I am friends on facebook with his brother and one sister, so i thought it would be rude to not friend him. I posted that I was packing to head to my parents, and he started asking if he could stop by. My parents moved after my last contact with him in person, yet he knows where my parents live. He posts on everything that I post on, and all of his comments just seem wrong. Any ideas?

no i do not have any stalkers since i do not approve strangers except those friends i already known for a long time. it is hard to trust anybody online and i also limit putting my personal details. if i am you and you dislike this person. you better tell him the truth since he becomes annoying . their is no use to pressure yourself to become friends when you don;t feel the same way.

We were good friends at one point. He went through that awkward I want to be more than friends stage, then in 7th grade moved away. He tried pushing the friendship, but it just fell off because of distance. I really thought that befriending him would not be that big of a deal. We are adults now. it has been close to 16 years. He just doesn't seem to have grown up in that time.

Just erase him. Who cares if others might see it as funny or strange. If he is making you uncomfortable get rid of him.

I think that it is going to come down to that. He commented to something that I commented on with "playing hard to get like her mother." Kind of creepy.

I think you should talk to that stalker. Tell to that person not to such things. Talk also to your parents about it...

If you are feeling uneasy on him, the best way is to block him on your account.
