It is your 'Activity Rating' and if someone makes a lot of comments in their own and other people's discussions, it doesn't count them (even though they may earn for them). Also, the number of posts someone has made bears little relation to how much they have earned. If someone does many tasks or receives rewards for using the Search bar or has many active referrals, they may be paid even if they have not taken part in discussions. By contrast, someone could have a User/Activity Rating of over 1000 and may never have reached the $10 minimum simply because the quality of their participation is low.
