My little brother is leaving!

Not my real brother but one of guys I work with! He is like another younger brother I never had and I am the older sister he never had! My "little brother" Jeff found a different cooking job! So in two weeks he starts his new cooking job! I am going to miss the big lug! We love to tease each other all the time! In a good way and we do act like siblings! I hate changes sometimes and this one I will not like at first! right now there is not a replacement for Jeff but in the teasing department he can't beplaced!

I hated it when my best friends moved or I had to move when I was younger. I would always cry. What I would do is throw a small party and take a lot of pictures and make it a night to remember. Not like a huge party just a small get together. The next day I would usually look at the pictures and cry again. But eventually I would get over it.

I will make sure some photos are taken of Jeff before he leaves! I am not sure if he wants a party but I will see if he wants one tomorrow when I see him! Luckily I know Jeff is leaving but he will not be a stranger! His wife is still going to work at the college and he is taking some classes this fall at the college. He will be around!

Oh, I'm sorry to hear that, Blue. Having cool co-workers sure makes the time pass so much more quickly and also makes the work so much more enjoyable. I always hate it when someone I love working with moves on. Hopefully they will replace Jeff with someone equally fun to work with. Now you two will have to find time to hang out off the clock.

Jeff is fun to work with and he does help the time go by faster! I was talking to him the other day and I found out he will taking a class at the college this semester. Luckily his wife won't be leaving with him so he will be visiting once in awhile!

hi blue65packer I know that feeling of being close to a coworker then allof a sudden you learn they are leaving for a better job or
some other reason and you feel like you are losing your best friend.
I have had coworkers like that that were like sisters to me and I hated that changed but eventually we all do get over it.sad bu
true. It would be nice if your little brother could at elast call you occasionally and thus keep in contact with you.

I have been talking to Jeff and he won't be a stranger! I found out he is taking a class at the college this coming semester.He is married and his wife will continue to work at the college so he won't be a total stranger! That will nice!

When I first heard Jeff was leaving I thought he would not be coming arounbd to visit. After talking to him the other day he will be. This coming semester he will be taking a class at the college. His wife will continue to work at the college. I had wondered about that because in the past when he would switch jobs she followed! Not his time! Anyway Jeff won't be a total stranger!

I know what you feel, if one that's been close to you is leaving it's really sad, and you'll surely miss their company,especially if you already treat them like your own brother, but still you can still see each other when you both have free time, absolutely hard at first but you'll get used to it in time.

I'll get used to it time. I don't think we we will find a replacement quite like Jeff! He is one of a kind! I spend more time with him more then my real brothers! I will see him from time to time. I found out he is taking a class this semester and his wife is not leaving her job at the college. So he will be around!

I'm always crying when one of my love one will migrate to other place but i also think that it is for the better so i have to ignore the sadness even i can't.. I know that you will really miss his presents but just think he also looking for something new to improve his self and he is also doing that because he want you to be super very proud of him.Happy Mylotting..

Recently my friend went off to study in the United States. We were a group of 4 friends. Although the 3 of us are still there, we are really missing our 4th buddy. It just isn't the same now. I know it will get easier with time, but right now, its hard. Some things just can't be replaced.
