I will be 46 next month and I am now in better shape then I was at 36. I work out every day for 45 minutes to an hour. I also have cut back on sweets, and almost never eat fried foods. What do you do to keep your body young?

To keep your body APPEAR young to outsiders can be considered to be as secondary goal. Primary goal should be to FEEL from inside that you are young. Eat balanced diet and provide optimum amounts of nutritional and mineral intake. Regular exercise, indulge in physical activities etc.

I think working used to keep my body young. While I have not worked much, if any in the last two years I feel like it aged me. I am back to going to the YMCA and I find it invigorating. I am fifty eight. I have begun coloring my hair again, and I use natural oils and gentle cleansers on my skin. Being active is what keeps us younger, I think.

Lately I have been playing a lot of video games, that kind of makes me like a teenager right.. Actually lately I have been really bad. I was working out, but my friends got me in to this online game and now I am addicted to it and I have not worked out in 2 weeks. Bad I know, at least my wife makes sure I eat a balanced diet. Of course I sneak bad things when she isn't looking.

I changed my entire eating life style as I eat very healthy. Due to some bad headaches I really watch what I eat, though still the headaches occur. I do exercise for cardio because I am way too thin and cannot loose anymore weight. But I find that I am very active, so yes I do not eat any greasy foods either. I drink lots of water daily, as I gave up all the colas and sugary drinks.

I try to stay out of the sun (especially important here in Florida, which is just brutal), away from smokers, eat a primarily vegetarian diet, and rarely eat fried foods. I do, however, need to gain some weight. I've dropped several pounds since moving to Florida, which isn't good for someone my size.

My body looks like poop! lol! I am really trying to work on it though. I've started eating better and started to work out 40 minutes a day. I really want to try to have a baby (one last ditch effort) but I don't want to do that when I am in bad shape. So, I'm giving myself a few months to get into shape before we try again. If I don't get pregnant, at least I'll look a little better and probably feel a lot better too.
