Another FEMA diabolical Situation

It seems that after the tornadoes in the south FEMA offered to build tornado shelters for the schools that had been demolished and were using portable classrooms. Now that the schools are being rebuilt FEMA has told them that they have to buy the shelters (about $350,000) or find a buyer or FEMA will give them the money to demolish and haul away the shelters. These shelters are rated to withstand a CAT 5 Tornado. This is why people have little faith in the government handling things.

Oh, good grief. Very helpful, isn't it? WHY isn't someone making waves about this?

The sad part is that they have money to demolish the buildings and haul the rubble away but can't look to save children. This is big government run crazy.

I'd like to say they don't care, but I can't really believe that, as individuals, our politicians are that hard hearted. I think it's rather that things get twisted and knotted in confusion when a few people hold too much power over others. Maybe you said it best. Big government run crazy.
