Hi, mylotters! I created my PayPal account about two years ago. today, I have reached my payout limit on Mylot and it will be my first payout from Mylot. but unfortunately, I forget all information I used to sign up for my PayPal account. I forget what email address I used, I forget what name (first and last name) I used, I forget the password, I forget my ZIP code, I forget EVERYTHING! I tried many times to sign in to my PayPal account, I follow the suggestion steps, but no one works for me! so, what should I do Mylotters..????

fortunately I could log in to my PayPal account this afternoon so I don't need to change my PayPal email. but the other problem came that I can't not log in to my email address. I mean, I used an email address to create an account in PayPal but when I wanted to log in to the email, I couldn't. and it worried me..:( what should I do then?

As you said, you have forgotten the email address, so how can you activate paypal account on mylot without email address of paypal? If already you have activated paypal on Mylot ,you can use that email address to reset your paypal password. its simple,no worries.

I visited my preference this afternoon. and written there that my email for my PayPal account is 'humairaku@hotmail.com" -- then I finally traced my email for my PayPal account. then I tried hard to remember all password I ever made, and thank God I could log in to my PayPal account. but my problem now is that I couldn't log in to 'humairaku@hotmailcom'. when I asked to hotmail to reset my password, they said that my ID is incorrect, in other word my email address is not recognized by hotmail..! how it could be?

If you have already registered a PayPal account with MyLot, it will be listed here: http://www.mylot.com/nr/editPayment.aspx Quote that email address when contacting PayPal and they will help you to recover your information. If you have forgotten the password for that email address, you may have to go to that email provider's website first and reset the password for that account. On the other hand, you may be able to have the PayPal password change sent to another email address (PayPal do have a mechanism in place to deal with lost or hacked email addresses and you should be able to recover your PayPal account). Since PayPal's Terms forbid having two accounts, you really should try the above things before creating a new PayPal account otherwise you may be creating problems for yourself later.

It would be wise, too, to REMOVE the PayPal ID in the MyLot Payment information until you have recovered your PayPal account successfully, otherwise MyLot will send payment to the email address/PayPal ID shown there and you might not be able to recover the payment! If no PayPal ID is listed in your Payment Information page, MyLot will simply hold the amount for you until you supply a valid PayPal ID.

So long as you contact PayPal, explaining your problem (and asking to close the account which you don't use), I'm sure there won't be a problem. Despite how it sometimes appears, there are real humans at the other end of most sites and, so long as you communicate, most problems can be easily resolved!
