I am 28 and I weigh about 139 lbs and the thing is I can eat, and eat, and eat, and it's hard for me to get full. The other night we had dinner and I had three plates of chicken, stuffing and corn and I could not stop eating, I went back and made me a sandwich then I went had ice cream then I went back got another piece of chicken then I went back and had a banana I don't understand sometime, I can eat all day long, what do you all think I should do when i get like that?

This is unusual. Is your metabolism very high? Sounds like it, since weight isn't an issue. Perhaps you should talk with your doctor. If you do in fact have a super-fast metabolism, he can prescribe an appropriate diet plan for you.

Yeah because some time it seems as if enough is not enough..

Wow it must have been good. I go through something similar, about every 4 days I just can't seem to get satisfied, then I go back to not eating so much. So I really can't help you out. I suppose if it's not making you sick, you will be alright.

I am not trying to make a joke but are you depressed? When I was a teen I had a problem similar to you. I would eat and eat and not feel full. In fact, in the middle of a meal I would feel my stomach hurting like i was starving! I think I was trying to eat away my problems and pain. If you are not going through depression then I apologize for implying you have a problem. Still go see a doctor because in the long run this can give you health problems like high blood pressure or diabetes.

Well, if despite the gargantuan appetite , you don't add on so much weight, then it's not really a problem. Just be careful though not to eat those fatty foods, because they would eventually give you a problem in the future like having a high blodd pressure or diabetes. But other than that, i think you are okay, because maybe you are a very energetic person and have fast metabolism.

Well, that actually depends on your activities. If you are very active and your metabolism is fast, then that's ok. Although as you reach 30 years of age, your metabolism will slow down a bit, so better watch out for that. it's either you eat less or you exercise more. And it's also good to consult your doctor, just to check if everything is normal.

I was very thin when I was your age, but started gaining weight in my late thirties. However, I didn't eat as much as you seem to. I think it would be wise to see a doctor just to make sure there is nothing wrong.

Enjoy it while you can! I was like that. I used to joke that I have a weight problem - I can eat and eat and eat and not gain any. I weighed 145. Then, one day, I noticed I was having a little problem getting on my pants. I was in my mid 30s. I weighed myself. I weighed 160!!! After that, I had to start watching what I eat

How tall are you? M/F? Are You active physically? There would be many factors to consider, along with Your metabolism,to consider whether eating like this was healthy for You,or a problem that needed checking out..have you always been able to eat like this,or is it something New? If things have changed, you should maybe get it looked into..just to be sure nothing abnormal was happening..

Wow, that's incredible. If I ate like that, I'd weigh 200 lbs in a week! Maybe see a doctor about it. I would think there's no harm in seeking a professional's opinion. There could be some issues as the other members here have said.

wow! that's really a great appetite! when i was on my teen's i think i had that appetite like eating the whole day but now i don't. i am conscious on my weight now. maybe you really have to consult your doctor. but if your metabolism is really fast then maybe that is okay. how often do you visit the comfort room? if it is as often as you eat then it's okay but maybe you have this dumping syndrome if that's the case. oh! just consult your doctor for that problem.

You are voracious man! I haven't seen anyone like that, well for me i know that i sometimes over eat, but i know my limitations. it would be better if you will see a dietician. that's a serious problem man.
