No, I do not think it was a mistake. Her mistake was either divorcing Bruce Willis (the father of her children---most-likely) or divorcing the guy she married before him. The way I see it, you are "worldly" after divorce ... not that you can't find another spouse and live out the rest of your days in love with the new one as if they were the only one ever, but--especially when you have children--'marriage' seems like such a distraction from LIVING

There is a "risk" in any marriage that it may not work out. I don't think age difference is necessarily a factor. Of course, in the case of Demi and Ashton, people will say that he "naturally" would want to be with girls his own age, at some point. If Ashton was only "looking for the body," I know a whole LOT of men that would say he's crazy to even consider cheating on Demi. The woman has invested hundreds of thousands of dollars into procedures to look the way she does now so I'd say she can challenge much younger women in the physical appearance sense. I've had a long-term relationship with a man 12 years younger than me. Neither of us cheated and our age was never a factor. In fact, no one around us ever really noticed a difference either. If, in fact, Ashton did cheat on Demi, that action was the mistake. I don't believe her marrying a younger man was a mistake. The relationship just doesn't appear that it will make it... like sooo many others, including partners of ALL ages.
