Self driving my car is no more fun

I used to love driving my car so so much at one time. I would still want to do. But it is no longer fun but everything else that is painful and loathsome. People do not display civic sense, drive haphazardly, there is rogue behavior at times & complete road rage. There is no respect either for well established driving discipline nor concern for other users on the road. I had almost given up owning or using the car. But I love my wonderful car. I will keep it but will not drive it myself unless on a freeway or a less crowded road. I had to miss my passion because its a complete mad traffic everywhere. Do you still love & manage to drive your favorite car?

I still liking my car but I have to admit I also don't like to drive on crowded roads. Also I don't like to drive to the west part of our country (more crowed and agressive), to the North and South I find the roads endlessly. Too less road, partly through villages, too much trafic also trucks. No fun for me. I prefer to drive to the East (I live in that part and especially over the border (Germany). I always wonder why it cost me soo less energy to drive to Hungary (about 1600 km) and so much energy and stress to just drive to the west part or middle of our country (only 1 hour). The centre of cities I don't like to drive anymore either. I keep my car because there are situations/cases I still need it but I drive it less and less. I even bought a bike after 25 years or so. Now I use it nearly daily.

I drive out of necessity I don't know if I ever really enjoyed driving. As long as I am moving I am happy, but I get sick and tired and bored getting stopped at lights all the time and you are right there are a lot of inconsiderate drivers out there. Driving would be more fun if I had the roads all to myself. Unfortuantely though I have to share the road with others.
