I think it does not matter if you are skinny or not as long as you are practicing healthy lifestyle by eating vegetables and fruits. You are just skinny even though you eat a lot because your metabolism is fast compared to other person. You are lucky enough because even you eat a lot u still not gain weight just the same of my friends and many obese people will envy on them so don't worry about being skinny as long as you are living in a healthy lifestyle their is no problem with that.

The first thing you should do is check with a doctor to make sure everything is fine also he can suggest a dietician that can help you. If your being skinny is just part of who you are, well you have the opposite problem to most people that are constantly dieting. The easy answer would be lots of junk food, but that is not a healthy way to gain weight, things like exercise will also help you gain weight, there are a lot of sites online but try this one as a starting point : http://www.bbc.co.uk/health/treatments/healthy_living/your_weight/whatis_gain.shtml

We have the same problem. I also eat a lot but nothing seems to happen. Maybe it's the genes or we have a faster metabolism than others. I've tried almost everything. I went to the gym, took some supplements, drank protein formulas still nothing happens. Well I've given up on it. So I'll just embrace what I have now.

You have to change what you eat. You body works faster so you need other food that makes it slow down if it comes to digesting. For some people fat stuff will help althoug if you only eat fat stuff you will lose weight since fat is laxating. You could also use 1 or 2 isostar a day and see if that helps and start training, building muscle. It will make you look better and muscle are heavier as fat is.

If I were you, I would not want to gain any weight. Being big is trouble sometimes. However, if you really want you should try drinking more milk one in the morning and one in the evening.

My second daughter has a very high metabolism. Our doctor has us giving her an instant breakfast shake with her snacks in the afternoon and a snack in the morning. Not sure if that helps you but that's what we are doing.

How old are you? When I was younger I used to be soooo skinny and people tease me too for being so thin. I eat a lot even eating noodles after having my heavy dinner. My metabolism was so high that even if I consumed so much food there is no difference. I then took some vitamins for two months and after that my metabolism slows down. Don't know how it happened, whether it was because I've previously worked and lived in a different country and maybe the foods there has something to do with the sudden metabolism reaction, or if it's because I'm no longer that young or if its because of the vitamins.
