In my house two snacks one is big and second is 10 feet long

Two days before when I was working in kitchen making meals I puts my pots for cleaning out of kitchen one small lane for cleaning the vegetables or meals pots, glass etc. I saw there one small snack. I was fearing and call to my husband and told please return back in house hurry up I saw a sanck in our house. He came and one person who can catch the snack also came with him. He catch the snack I paid 150rs. and big box for putting the snack.
Two hours after when I was going near my gate for giving the chapati to the cow I saw again a big(Dhaman 10feet long)snack are there. I loudly annoy snack, snack, snack, but no one heard because the time is 2pm and everyone house door was close and my house is in forest area. Only 5 houses are there including us. I again called to my husband and said ohhhhhhhh no again one big sanck in our house they came and call big brother in law they came with a man who can catch the snack when he catch snack bit him. But he told this is our daily work dont worry. How danger I cant sleep full night because in morning to evening two snack in one day. MY MIL and FIL was in marriage out of station. I said to my husband I cant live alone in the house please you not go in the shop.
Do you face this situation and how handle this situation fear or brave.

Ohhhhhh my God talkative women how big mistake you want to tell about danger animal snake and you are writing snacks means eating part ahah...danger I think you want to eat the snake 
but you are lucky snake is not eat you.
Be careful because you are telling your house is in forest area and there snakes are more. Hahah...you are also fun when saw the snake because annoying snake snake and I can imagine how will you looking when you are annoying

Snake - yes you got tensed on seeing a snake in your house. No doubt --all of us will get fear on seeing a snake. We are in main town area where snakes will fear to come. But you are living in an area where snakes have to live. That is why you see them quite often .
Snake charmers can catch snakes easily because they are trained in it. so do not worry about it.
Talking on fear -- some of us fear on seeing rats, cockroaches. Your fear about snakes is perfectly fine and it is good you are not seeing snakes every day.

Thanks uncle yes I not seen everyday but that day I have seen two and I fear because I was alone in the house. My husband was in shop and my MIL and FIL was out of station. Suddenly I called to my husband he came with snake charmers. You are right uncle they are trained in it.

its a funny thing.. how could a snack be 10 feet long? i only know of a one feet long hotdog snack. and i was about to ask you who makes them because it will make me days to finish eating 10 feet.
now dearest surek, i knew it was some typo error which you have corrected anyways.
get a cat! they do a terrific job of keeping mice and other rodents which are snake food, by the way, away from the house and yard. also sprinkle mothballs or sulfur powder (like a line) around where the snakes are and they will go away. never leave open a door. better still, make a screen door closed if you like to have an airy inside of the house while the main door is open.
if you see a snake and you do not know how to handle them, better ask help.. always.
i too am terrified of snakes. yikes!!!

Nice!. LOL, snack, sorry for laughing. As I read your post I realized that you were talking about a snake. Well, you have to be careful with snakes and I don't blame you for being upset. And on top of that, not one but two snakes and one being ten feel long. Well, it's good that they were removed from the house.

I am sure you must have been very very scared seeing the snakes. Living in a city we never get to encounter such experience so I am not sure how I would handle this situation. Surely I too would have been very scared and may probably have run out of the house as far away as possible.

There are only two things in this world that I am really afraid of and those two things are snakes and spiders. There are snakes in our area because there is a lot of open space here, but thankfully none of them have ever gotten into our house. However, I know that if they did that my husband would be able to take care of it.
I choose to leave them alone outside though because of the fact that they help to keep the mouse population under control.

Then reading what others said that it was a speeling mistake and it was a snake then i became confident that you were talking about the snakes.
You could had a dog or a cat in your home as they know well of these snakes and chase them off.Even the cows know so they try to make a noise ,if we can listen to the sounds of the animals around us we can know that something has entered in our compound and every time we should have light in the house and surroundings should be filled with light so that these creatures do not enter living area,Noise is another thing which can let them be away.

In 1988 i was posted in a small college, it was in a small town, better i should call this a village, i was living in a home, it is not 'pucca' cemented house, the courtyard is 'kaccha', there we see snakes frequently, dhamna snakes were common, they are really harmless, they swallo frogs, but once i saw a king cobra , i had to call a snake catcher, who caught it, it was killed but preseved in the zoology lab,i had been to that college in 2003 last, the snake is still there..

You are certainly talking about snakes, long back hubby was posted in a rural college, the house we lived had kaccha walls and kacha courtyard, you can see snakes there, initially i was afraid but soon it was gone..

I guess you're living near the forest. I also had an experience when we were yet new in our present residence. There was a snake that happened to enter our house. It was a small snake but according to my brother in law it was a deadly snake. It was night time and I was with my kids. One was still a teenager, next was in grade school and the youngest was yet a toddler. We already slept and I woke up to pee. When I put on the light I saw something black that touched my ankle. It was cold. And I recognized that it was a snake. So I got my toddler and went to the boys room and told my teen-aged son that there was a snake. We looked for it and we could not find it. So we slept in my son's room the four of us in a small bed. That was a nightmare for me.

I don't have snakes in my house here, but did catch them as I was working for animal rescue. In Hungary we have too but seldom in the house, think they are more scared of us as we are of them. My little daughter is mostly very happy to see one, same with crocodiles but she hates flies, musquito's and ants.
She also loves to hold them (most snakes no problem unless you are a mice), but I don't want one (or more) as a pet (she can do that if she is grown up and still likes it).
I wonder what kind of snakes you had in your house and how tall the big one was if the other one is 10 feet long.
I think if things like this would happen to me I would find a way myself to get rid of them. BTW there is something you can spray in/around your house against snakes. Do you have something like that or?
