Hi, mylotters. Nowadays is raining season in my country. Every day is raining, in the morning, afternoon or even evening. This rain gives fresher and cooler air surround me. I like it so much. But, I also get the bad effect of it too. After getting rain, I often get dizzy and have a cold. I feel sick of it. Have you felt the same condition as me? What will you do to avoid this disease? Thank you for sharing. Happy day for us

Yeah, rain gives at least two effects for human. it not only gives water which becomes the life source fro many living things on earth but it also gives flood, land-slide and of course disease....Thank God I can afford with the bad effect of rain quite well. I will be just fine though I got hard rain the day before. Maybe the key is our endurance or immune. If we have good immunity, we'll be just fine though we get rain everyday. not only rain I think, any kinds of disease will stay away from us if we can maintain or good immunity. Eating good food and having exercises regularly are two ways how to gain good immunity. P.S. I think you need to give profile picture to your profile..I think it will make your profile look more interesting..

Yes. The current rainy season. We must be careful. There are many diseases, which result from the rainy season. We have to maintain good health. Perhaps, by taking vitamins, and make our bodies, are always warm. We should also pay attention to our environment. Do not be, there is stagnant water, because it could become mosquito breeding.

i usually get sick on rainy days here in my country the Philippines when i get wet in the rain and when i fail to dry myself immediately or when i fail to change into dry clothes. it lowers my body temperature and lowers my resistance against colds, cough and the flu. to avoid getting sick with colds and cough and flu i always bring my umbrella and jacket with hood when i really need to go out of the house on rainy days.

Here in ATL Ga the weather has been pleasent even reaching 77 degrees yesterday. Today the high will be 55. You see this constant fluctuation can make you sick. On cooler days I turn on the heat inside and that causes my skin to get really dry. I've been indoors more because I work at home. Today I'm going to get out of the house and enjoy the sunlight rather then the artificial heat. The cure to weather blues is getting sun rays or vitamin D. On rainy days stay inside and watch good movies, eat healthy, and spend time with the people you love!

Having sun rays in the morning is seldom done now, cos the sun often hide in the morning but I'll try as much as I can to do it. Thanks

I don't easily get sick. I guess it depends on your health status. But if I have a cold I drink lots of water than taking medicine. It's effective try it.

I would suggest that you boost your immune system. I used to get sick with just a little rain. What I did was that I took in a lot of fruits and veggies, especially those that are rich in Vitamin C. Also, it may be due to stress so I suggest that you take some time out or make sure that you get your much needed rest during the night. Mine was a combination of stress and asthma that's why I got sick quickly with just a slight change in the weather.

Thanks, anne. I will consume more fruits and veggies, hope me can boost my immune system. Actually, I sometime feel so stressed with my own target that haven't finished yet. I supposed it makes me get sick easily

Here in my country, we are getting lots of snow, and freezing temperatures. Have to be very careful when going outside. Have to wear warm clothes, and very cautious when driving on the snow. I do take Vitamin C tablets to protect from catching cold.
