I am celebrating Christmas with my roommates here... Missing my family, would have been nice if I'm with them this Christmas eve but circumstances compelled me to be here... Anyway I'll be going home soon, by new years eve I'll be with them... It's always great to celebrate Christmas with the family. And of course remember Christ as the reason for the celebration... How do you guys celebrate your Christmas and who are you with?

Christmas is to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ and it is with great joy and happiness if we celebrate it with our family. For me,I always celebrate Christmas with my family and love ones.We always make sure and try our best to celebrate the season complete.

Still great for you that this christmas eve you will be with them. I am celebrating christmas alone and far from my family. Each year it is different sometimes. Either you are with your family or with another people you are considering your own family. In my case i am with people i am counting as my family. Last year i celebrated christmas with my relatives and now i am not. The essence of the season is celebrating the day of our Savior and being with the family is the greatest thing to celebrate. Merry Christmas!

Hi Chuyins, I'm sorry that you were unable to be with your family for Christmas but happy that you at least were able to share it with some friends. I remember one time when my brother was in the service. He was unable to get a leave until well after Christmas. I want to think that it was even after the New Year. It was years ago but anyway, we all held off our Christmas celebration until he could be with us. Our family gathers at my daughter's house on Christmas eve for food, drink and lots of fun. We each buy a small gift for the little ones to open up. Sometimes some close friends stop by for a while and it is just a fun time. We spend the night and get up in the morning and all have a big breakfast together and then watch the kids open their gifts.

Merry Christmas chuyins123! You are not alone. Many people also experience being away from their family. I am happy that I am with my mother and father this Christmas and in the coming New Year. Every December my father goes home from abroad. Don't worry. Just feel the spirit of Christmas. Don't forget to greet your loved ones a merry Christmas!

When I was still studying I also missed my family but I have to sacrifice for my studies. Until I finally finished my studies I have already time and joined my family during Christmas.
