I had this thing against snow by the time of winter. Every year, for the past 2 years in a roll. I was involved in accident, not intentionally, but always during the ice snow days. In South, we don't see much snow like in the North, but at least a couple of days, we will see snow falling off from the sky. Now, the temperature dropping so quickly, and some people just rumored about snowing. I pray please not, please I don't want to fix my car anymore, and I don't want to get into accident. I simply don't want to see any ice or snow this year. Please do not snow.

Although I am not fan of winter, I don't mind the cold as much as I mind snow. I cannot handle the snow anymore. It's nice when you don't have to do anything, but when it interferes in your everyday life, it is not a good thing. I wish it could stay spring time all year round.

I missed snow to tell you the truth, this is the first winter in my life, without any snow in the holidays. I live in Lithuania, where there are cold and stormy winters capable of reaching 20-30minus bellow zero. It's strange to look through the window and dont see any white goodness. Christmas passed on without any snow, but maybe, just maybe, it will snow until New Years eve. Although were getting forecasts on the fallowing week, the temperature wont even climb to zero... :?

I'm waiting for the first big snow fall too. You know, it's better just owning up to it because it WILL come - especially if you're somewhere northern and where there is normally snow this time of year. I'm in Minnesota, AKA Minne-snow-ta of the US and we always get pounded, every year like clockwork. This Christmas was the first in YEARS that we didn't have any snow. Last year we had a couple HUGe snow storms - one was 20 inches of snow. But we really have only had a little bit so far.... Maybe an inch or two. I got my snow tires on, got my shovel in my trunk (in case I need to dig my car out from anywhere)... I AM READY!!!! lol

People who don't like snow in the region where I live may consider themselves lucky so far, because the winter was warm and it didn't snow too much, but we had some now during Christmas to the joy of children and of those who think that Christmas is not the same without snow.Personally, the lack of snow doesn't bother me,but I don't mind it either as long as it doesn't snow heavily;I hope that won't happen this winter, but spring is still far away and I guess it will come eventually.

I would love it if it snows here where I live! I've never witnessed real snow but once, and it was an artificial ski slope.

I am not really crazy about snows too. I mean it looks good and everything but later on it just turns out to be messy and makes the surrounding look dirty. Especially when it gets mixed with dirt and stuffs. And i keep slipping and falling a lot and so that is why i kinda despise snow :/ It snowed couple of days ago but i am for sure that isn't the last of it :/

I can understand how you feel it is so dangerous on the roads when the weather is extreme, I experienced that on Christmas day when we had huge hail stones and storm, and we were in the car, it was very frightening, I am just glad I was not driving, that a friend who has had a lot of road experience was pretty cool about it but even he admitted he was really scared...stay safe...

Wow I don't blame you for not liking the snow. I get a little nervous driving in the snow too. I'm from the north though so I guess I'm probably a little more used to it then you are. I think I worry more when my kids are in the car. I hate driving in the snow at night. I can remember heading home from work one night and it was snowing so thick that I had to turn my headlights off to see the road. I was so scared I'd drive right off the road.

Two years ago we had a lot of snow in my country and 3 people from my family were in involved in a accidents caused by the snow. At first my husband's accident happened, and a for weeks later my father and my brother were also involved in accidents. Fortuneately they didn't get injured and only the cars were damaged, but I still hope that we can avoid the accidents caused by the snow this year. Our car was damaged pretty badly in the accident and it took us many months to pay the bills for that. It would be so nice to be able to avoid another bill this year, and I also hope that we don't get any snow.

Its very cold hare also in my place, but snow does not falls here ,thank god or i would just freeze because i can not tolerate so much of cold. Having fun in snow is a good idea, but only for a little while , otherwise it's quiet dangerous to be in there.

I can understand on how you you treat on your self. I know driving on snowy days is little tougher becuase the car get covered by the snow. here is Kerala we do not have snowy days. we have just rainy days, winter and summer days. How lucky we are !

Hi Kingparker, I live in the south too and the weather has changed drastically from yesterday. It was a beautiful day yesterday the sun was shinning the temperature was mild, during the night it rained, this morning it was cloudy, the wind had picked up, and it was overcast. It look so much like snow weather to me but snow isn't in the forecast. I hope it doesn't snow or you have an accident. But you know even in the south now at least once a year we do get snow, and ice. So be very careful.
