Singles, Dubs, and Trips on Swagbucks Facebook page

I've been with Swagbucks for about 2 years, and altogether I've earn $20, until recently someone told me that I could earn a lot more than that. So I joined the Facebook page and kept seeing something about a search term and said singles, dubs, trips at the end of their statements. I seen someone explain it to but I still can't understand what these are. I do searches and there's a few time that I get a win, but what are the dubs and trips? Can someone explain to me in laymen's terms? (Oh dear I feel so silly LOL, it's probably the most simplest of all things!)

Wow, I have been a member just as long and made much more than that. I made 20.00 in amazon cards, not counting the paypal cards, for just last year. I have the toolbar, so every time I sign I get something, then I do the daily poll, searches and occasionally the surveys or the special offers. My biggest one though, is the TV, mostly because even if I am not online, I have my husband or son keep hitting for a new video while they are on...

Masihi, yeah I can do that..I did that with someone on FB, but it always seemed that she never had the time, like when they send out the videos in the messages for 3 SB, she never catches them in time. Then another friend, back when I catch the codes, (I have been missing them quite a lot lately) I would send her the code itself to help her out, but only in messages, because as you know, if you post it publicly, you can loss your account. I am here and on FB a lot, so that would be great if we can send messages to one another if a code is available..:) Great bostonphil, I'll check it out..:)

Ya my referrals are also inactive, but I'm foraging swagbucks.com for more ways to earn swag bucks. Look at my response to Ricki's post, these are just things that I learned just recently. But still 50 bucks a year isn't that bad, actually, even if I just made that much a year, hey, it's a single site and I have a couple of other sites that I can earn off of, and hopefully altogether, I might even get $200 altogether, who know? :-) All the best in your earnings, and perhaps we can send each other private msg's to give each other the heads up on swag tricks. Whuddya think? :-)

I am a swagger and I love the site. I have been with swagbucks about a year and have earned about $100.00. It's easy to earn on swagbucks. dubs means that this was your second win. Trips means you have had three wins. It refers to wins when searching with the swagbucks search bar. And it refers to that one particular day. For instance, if I had a second win using the search bar, I might post on the facebook page that I had won x amount of swagbucks for searching and say dubs or trips. That would mean it was my second or third win. There is no obligation to posting on the facebook page but many of us do including yours truly. I hope that my explanation helped.

Wow, a hundred bucks that's a good amount of money! Congrats! Okay, this is another explaination, thanks. So most days I would win "dubs" then. There's only a couple of times that I won "trips" but I think that was one or two times. I usually make it a goal to win 2 times in the search engine. Happy Swagging and Mylotting

Correct. If you had two search wins today, that is dubs. Three wins are trips or triples. and four are quads. Most swaggers have at least three wins in a given day. Many have quads and I think some have quints. I do not think that too many swaggers win quints. But it is real easy to have three wins in a given day.

I am clueless about that, but I do earn about ten to fifteen dollars a month, mostly with searches. I am going to have to see if anyone answers you. I do not really go to facebook so I really cannot take advantage of that too much. New job is taking a lot of time.

Ya, Bostonphil gave me the answser to the tough question. Still with fifteen bucks a month that's pretty darned good. Amazon in Canada is only books and stuff, so I'd rather do the paypal thing. Five bucks a month would give me $60 per year in cash, but if I earn 2 paypal cashouts then I'll probably get a hundred bucks in paypal alone with swagbucks, then plus my other sites it should get me up to $200. Still, pretty darned good.

You are in Canada! That might explain why you earn less bucks. You might not be getting the same opportunities that we get in the states to earn bucks.

I doubt there's many in recent years having had dealings with the US who wouldn't be familiar with the nickname "Dubya"....but even while he was still in the big office,I had never even made that link and considered what the residents of Dublin might have thought or felt about him being maybe associated with THEM!

Ah okay, hehe, so I got you sucked in, that's a good one! LOL down in the USA, there was a president called George W Bush, and everyone, friend and foe alike called him "Dubya"

Hi When you're using the search engine in Swagbucks: - singles means you got less than 10 swagbucks when you searched - dubs means you got swagbucks in double figures when you searched (b/w 10 and 99 swagbucks) - trips means you got swagbucks in triple figures when you searched (b/w 100 and 999 swagbucks) Hope this helps.

Aha, that is a very simple and easy-to-understand answer, the way they answered in facebook seemed much more difficult. thanks for your response and happy Swagging and Mylotting!

browneyed Where did you hear this. I have been told that dubs means it is your second win of the day and trips means that it is your third win of the day. Most search wins are between 6 and 50 bucks. 6 is very rare and so is 50. The majority of wins are between 8 to 13 swagbucks.

I'm glad you were able to get more info on sb, I did a lot of research over the past week and found out that I could be making quite a bit more than what I was making earlier ($5 for every six months!) and now I can make a good $10 every month, which is a good deal for me. I then updated my blog (in my profile page) which has all kinds of good tips and hopefully I'll be able to create some videos as well.

I know you already got your answer here, so I won't repeat - just wanted to jump into this discussion! It's funny because everyday on that Facebook page someone asks the very same question! I've been with Swagbucks for about almost a year now. I don't know how much I've earned with just them, but it is possible to get at least $20 a month, that is, if you promise yourself to be on it daily. Searches alone won't rack up the swagbucks . . . but even that will help. I like the Facebook page so I know that a code has popped up, or receive hints about good working offers (more swagbucks!). Happy New Year to you!!!

I been away for the past few days to learn more about swagbucks and to figure out what my goals are. Us Canadians don't get so many opporutnities as you Americans but I have figured out how many sb's I need per day to get a $10 paypal payout and that sort of thing I have a good routine going now and hopefully I'll be able to keep it going. And now back to mylot :-)
