Advantages Of Doing Physical Activity

Physical activity keeps man attuned to joy and happiness. Physical activity enables man to move his muscles and it helps man to be active. Some may be are indulged in mental activity all the time. But developing a physical activity as a hobby has a great advantage. Some like gardening. They love to dig and cultivate vegetables, flowers or fruit trees. Some may personally beautify lawns. Some may like to decorate the boundery lines with the lines of same plants and flowres. It becomes so colorful and so attractive. The flowers, fruits and all greenery are so much soothing to the eyes. Those who are involved in gardening or the horticulture are the happiest and healthy persons. When they interact with the nature they are able to mantain themselves healthy. Physical activity is not confined only to gardening. One may like to play games every evening and sweat well. Some may like walking long distances. Some may like psycling. Any physical activity helps man to maintain his health and energy. Physical activity can reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke. It can help to reduce high blood pressure and hypertension.It can help to improve the balance of cholesterol

People should always stay active as much as possible. Doing any kind of activity will pretty much keep a person in shape.

No doubt that any form of physical activity is very good for you, young and old. Everyone needs to be active in order to create a healthy lifestyle. I try to exercise every day! I job for about an hour each day in order to keep me fit and healthy. My dad is always in the garden, painting the house and tending the grass, it can keep him busy the whole day so basically, my dad exercises the whole day. That is why he is very fit and healthy. Apparently, when you exercise or partake in physical activity, you become happier and less worried about your problems. Your brain actually releases "happy" chemicals that keeps yo motivated and energetic when you exercise. When I feel a little down because of a hard day, I simple jog for a bit and I feel little bit better! Also, I heard on the news that a bit of exercise actually decreases the chances of you getting Alzheimer's disease when you're older. Physical activity allows you to avoid so many diseases and you can have fun too! A bit of swimming or a fun dance class will always beat lazing around the couch with the TV on.

In fact, there is no one to tell us what we must do as we can monitor our own level of fitness. We are doing it for ourselves, not for anyone else. The rewards are all there. When we accrue the benefits of physical activities, we will be more alert, alive and happy.

Well besides the obvious health benefits, it can help take your mind off of whatever is going on at the moment, and allow it to I guess sort itself out, so that when one does have to confront their problem, they will have a clearer mind entering the problem. Doing activities can also help your mood and behavior. Now, of course, if your mind is in a terrible state, the hardest part is starting, but it would be best to give it a shot whenever one gets a moment of clarity and have energy to do something.

Physical fitness comes in different ways. It is really helpful in building up a healthy figure since it strengthens our body and helps us to be more active.It also inhibits us from acquiring some illnesses in the environment since it builds up our body's resistance. Physical activities really contribute a lot in our daily living.

You are absolutely right my friend, doing Physical Activities can really do a lot especially to our health . It makes us more fit and ready, and makes our body stabilize and remove toxins in our body by sweating :)
