The proper age for a man to marry is when he is able to support his wife and their family. The proper age for a woman to marry is when she has completed her full time education and is ready and able to raise a family. Most women are capable of bearing children healthily from a year to two years after the onset of puberty but the law of most countries is that people should be at least 16 before they can marry, often older.

There is no proper or magic age one should be married on. And if it comes to the health of the women: it's proved that unmarried women live way longer as married women. So for women it's better not to get married at all and stay single. This way they will be happier and they don't have all the stress of giving up their dreams, goals, they don't need to take care of a man and they don't always have to give in and make compromises to make that guy happy.
