Have you watched the science channel? If you get a chance watch the program that shows the earth without the oceans. It's just amazing, who would have ever guessed that all that was under the oceans. I am glad that I have lived as long as I have to be able to see our world not only from space but also what is under the oceans

Yes, I have seen a similar programme. It is incredible what is actually under our watery planet! There are chasms deeper than The Grand Canyon, and huge volcanoes! I love all these documentaries as they help us to understand and love our beautiful and mind-blowing Gaia. Long may she flourish!

The ocean is amazing. The thing that amazes me the most about it is that there are things living in there still waiting to be discovered. It is like another world altogether where we are not allowed..lol.

I have never seen that show but it seems like it would be something worth wild to see and watch. Since i live so close to the water just not even a a mile away from the river that connects to the ocean it would be nice to see that show and see what is really underneath there. I know there are skelton bodies and cars under neath of them because jsut a couple years ago we had some news crew over by my house taking some coverage of cars coming out of the river and there were at least a dozen of them in just one spot all piled up and it was really weird. They had suspicious of insurance fraud of course but who knows. It would be really cool to see what is in the ocean and see the different way that the sea creatures live as well.

You know, the vast majority of the earth is covered with water and that is the reason that I always thought that there are a lot of great things that can be found under the ocean. In fact, I also think that there are as many undiscovered species that live under the ocean as their are species of plants and animals that have already been discovered. I too think that it is great to be able to live during this period where there have been so many scientific discoveries.
