Hi there pet lovers, I n my opinion Dogs and other pets are great stress suckers, i think that every time i come to my moms house with all my troubles and disappointments in life and a heavy shoulder, I just see my pet then boom stress free all of a sudden, i am not saying that they take your troubles away. I'm just saying it lessens your anxiety and gets you to a relax mode so that when you tackle your problems later on you'll be in a better state of mind, i love dogs.

Hi, bro, how's it going? Talking about dogs reminds me of myself being chased by a dog when I was doing the jogging. I just don't understand why dogs like chasing and barking at people running by. When that dogs came close to charge me, I quickly squatted as if I wanted to pick up a stone to throw at it, the dog seemed scared and turned back from me. Till now, I never like dogs. It's great if you can tame dogs. I heard that persons could train dogs to safeguard the house. Is that true?

Hey there my friend, Well i guess dogs are not for everybody and good thing that you did not get bit, I appreciate you not really trying to hurt the dog even though it did try to chase you. They are just sometimes like that they feel that a person running away is a target and has done something wrong most untrained dogs are like that i did have those kinds of dogs growing up and they are really a handful. Most of my dogs are tamed and only attack in scenarios that i know i am in some kind of danger. So my answer if dogs can be trained absolutely yes. Take care now my friend.

I also noticed that a dog ,after several times I passed through a street, stopped barking at me. Was it probably he knew it was the same person who passed through? I mean he finally recognized the person and he thought it was not a threat to him, right, bro?

I think he already knows who you are and that you are just really passing by that area and by this time i think you already have a connection see if you don't pass that area for a long time then pass again after a while i think he'll bark again at you but see the tail will be wagging this time like "hey your back". Something in that sense.

hi deodavid I also love dogs but I am not where I can have a do now. buy my dog Swap I used to have always knew when I felt bad whether it was from a virus or simply that I was worried, He would crawl into my lap and nuzzle my face til I ha d to pet him then curl up like a cat and lie there. He also knew when as a diabetic my blood sugar was down. He wo uld come and tug my wrist til I got u p an went to my glucometer to check my blood sugar. it was always low just as he knew. so then he barked and stood at the fridge til I took out the orange juice, poured out a glass full and drank it. then he was happy and went over to the living room couch and laid down as if okay my job is done now.,

Hi there hatley, Wow that is a great dog, well Ive seen this one on a TV series i don't know if it is true but dogs can smell essence out from your body regarding if you have a health issue and they will try to help you once they know your routine regarding when your body's essence or smell become like that, so they adopt the routine and make you do it when you get to tired or forget. Awesome dog! Take care now.

You might actually be right on this, when i get home from work i try to stay stress free from my work that i just had that day and when i get home my dog is always there waiting for me and i love that i usually pick him right up and do lovings with him and hes so handsome and cute and just takes my breath away and i adore and love my dog so much. I know my boyfriend is the same way with the dog and really likes him. The dog is gret and loves when someone gets home as well. I guess he does take stress away from me and sometime si might bet alking and then the dog comes up to me and i forget what i was even doing or saying. I have the dog to myself tonight and am so exicted hes my little buddy for the week.

Hi deodavid, I agree dogs are great for stress relief.Petting them gives people comfort, then when you're sad or upset, they lick you. They do know your moods and they respond to them. They're also a help in loneliness, they're the best companions. I have a dog that brings me some joy in my life. when I'm sad she always lifts my mood up.

I definitely agree to this. I was previously working at night and in a very stressfull environment. However, all the stres that I felt will disappear once me and my dog played together. The feeling is really great and it feels good to hug and touch them. I really thanked God for these creatures. They are indeed a blessing from above.

Hey there chiwasaki, Blessings they are indeed my friend, i love them dogs, there are just days when no one can pacify your anger and range and that you even tend to break stuff but when you see your cute doggy with those eyes it is like you are growing to melt and just fall to the floor and tickle and rub your doggies stomach. Thanks for sharing chiwasaki, what a great pet dogs are.

I feel exactly the same. When I come tired and sad from the office and I go out to walk my friend's dog, I forget all the troubles and enjoy every moment with her. When I see her playing with other dogs or when she walks by my side, looking into my eyes, I am like a baby again - no worries, no sorrows. I think those who don't love dogs don't know what they miss. Everybody should own a perfect dog and the world would be a better place.

I agree with you a hundred percent if a person owns a pet i think they get more in touch with there human side and kid side so that then this world would sound more like a more caring place that it is right now, all the stress is just sucked out by those googly eyes of a pet waiting for you happily when you come from a tiring work outside. Thanks for sharing octav1.

I totally agree! And our dogs have helped me out a lot. There have been many things that happened in the past year in my life and that's about the time that we got more dogs in the house. They have really, really helped me and I love it! Dogs understand your energy and that's the reason why they do their role in easing the tension...(^_^)

Hi there fortunebee, I guess you are correct they can sense something in your body like when you are sad or happy or you have tension and they try to relieve it they know what to do like clock work and that is why I love my dogs so very dearly it is just sad that i cant have one here in my apartment. Thanks for the comment.
