Taking Pride In Yourself.

What makes you happy? I know people are not always happy. Why stay stuck in a life your not happy with? Only you have it within yourself to change anything you don't like in your life. If your unhappy with how much you weigh, then do something about it. If your not happy with what you do for work, then do something that does make you happy. Do not let anything tell you how much overweight you are, how bad you look when you know that is not true. Only you stand in the way of changing. I told my brother about something I wanted to do when I was younger. I was foolish enough to listen. I regret that. I am happy and think positively. Think negative and you will never get anywhere. Believe in yourself and you will succeed at anything you do in your life.

I am not always happy about my life either. I don't really like my part time job, the only thing that makes me happy is I want to curse out that manager lady out loud, and make her life miserable. Maybe I should do something about it. I am not happy about my love life. I was a loser at love, and I just wonder whether my personality or my face that make those girls rejected me so bad. I should do some self - examination, and maybe I should amend my weakness inside me too. Good advice from you.

There are times that I am not happy. No one can be happy all the time. Everyone has strengths and weaknesses. Find what your strengths are and build on them.

Happiness is a feeling but it's hard to feel happy if you don't have the power or energy or the money to improve your life. If every day is the same (full of sorrows/problems/pain), if there never is a moment you can breath freely. Next to this you also need some courage to start all over again, to take risks, since to many people it looks as if the own situation, even if it's a bad, unhappy one, is more safe as starting all over again (the unknown). Positive thinking is a good start, to decide to be happy and to do everything in your power to make that come true, each day again, is the next step. Get focused on that since that is your goal. And yes I agree with you: believe in yourself! It's not interesting what others do or think. You are the only one who can know what makes you (feel) happy.

Your right. Though, what you do while your alive is up to you. Nothing is set in stone. If you really want to change your life, you can. I am not saying you have to get rich, but if you want to have a better life, then only you can do that. Do what really makes you happy. Everyone takes risks every day. Going outside, buying things in the store, etc...... Life is full of risks and chances, taken and missed.

We live and we have to get some unhappy things.I don't think the unhappy experience is bad for our life.Maybe it will be a unforgettable memories when we are old.Happy and unhappy are normal emotions. You're right that your last several sentences.We must be positive and confidence for our life.

What makes me happy? When I realise I had improve in every aspect? Learn everything in the world. Try everything out, taste feel, touch, listen, smell, everything. I would be really happy:D well haha. So they say, live life to the fullest. I shall paint my canvas with all different colours.

well I think people not always have to be happy. sometimes the unhappy moments will makes us value more the happiness we got. but I agree with you that we don't need to stuck in something that make us not happy with. deal with it I think is the most appropriate word for it. about weight, hmm, I dont know what to say, but as long as it doesn't affect your health condition, I think you shouldn't think about it too much. weight bit more than anybody else around you doesn't make you less valuable than them. think positively and find something you want to do in your life, share it so you will feel the double of happiness you got. :) have a nice day.

Hi! Having a positive outlook in life is healthy for us. Sometimes I feel depressed when I don't achieve the things that I should achieve. But in these times I just pray or divert my attention to something that is joyful.

yes we get one run around the block as far as we know so we might as well try our hardest to be happy and we are in control of our own journey, we all have to try.

I'm proud of myself because I have been able to find writing work online and make money. I feel that I am smart and capable of building a future. It really doesn't work to listen to what others say, nothing can help unless a person really knows that they are capable.

You can't change everything in life. I think that most things that are awful are unchangeable and a good step is to accept it. If you accept it and learn to live with it, it's almost as good as changing it.

You cannot always change your life, or at least not right away. Be happy with what you have and you will not have so many regrets. It is easy to get caught up with the what could have been syndrome. lol.
