Abortion is Her "Best" Option.

I would like to share one of the incident that is happening here in our neighborhood.
My aunt's helper is currently pregnant. Yes, she is pregnant for the second time around. This helper never learned her lesson. She got pregnant two years ago, The father of her first child is her textmate. The same also with her current pregnancy. This woman never learned her lesson. I know this is horrible. My aunt suggested her to abort the fetus, Why? She can't feed her first child very well and now there will be an additional one.
If I'm in a position, I will really tell this woman that she is so stupid. She should be responsible enough. B

Oh my this scenario is a bit serious.But I think aborting is not the solution to that :-s. Yes she committed a big mistake for the second time around.But aborting her unborn child is way too harsh I guess.Since it's your aunts helper why not suggest to your aunt to let her helper have the baby besides she works for your aunt right?And that she is earning from your aunt.If and when your aunt's helper can't feed her second child anymore there ate other solutions than killing the baby :(. she can turn to institutions that can help them in raising her child.She can go to in a institution and find unlucky couples to have a child and let them adopt her child in that way her child can live and have a good life too.I guess this is the best way to solve the situation.

This is really a very serious solution. I plan to suggest to adopt the baby but they think that when she gave birth, she might changed her mind.

If I was the mother I would think of the child's future first.and upon your description on the mother's way of living it will be very hard for her to raise two kids.Or better yet ask some help from the girls relatives I guess that's the most easy solution now.

It would be so hard for her to seek help on her relatives. Why? She's the bread winner of their family. Just an info, her salary is only Php2000.00. Plus she do have too many debt.

Your aunt's helper has one child and finds it hard to manage financially. If she already has a buggy and a cot plus baby clothing she might find having her second baby less of a struggle that the first. It is a shame she didn't learn her lesson the first time. She is pregnant and her growing and developing baby is innocent one. I believe she should consider adopting her baby to a loving couple that can afford to bring up a baby. Good luck to the lady and her baby. I don't think abortion is the right choice. When a lady has one child by a particular man it might be hard for her to get away from him. Pregnancy can be a surprise.

Many people have to learn from their mistakes. How old is this mama to be? I don't think abortion is the solution. Why not suggest she give the baby up for adoption? There are so many couples who want kids and can't have them. Lesson number one should be to teach this girl/lady about birth control.

She's not a mother to be, she's a mother already. I think she's 23-26 years old. Yes, she should have been taught on how to use birth control.

As I believe that it is murder, I would not advise anyone to have an aborti(except in cases where the mother's life may be in jeopardy). There are other options if she can not properly care for this new baby.
After the first pregnancy, did anyone reach out to educate or help this woman prevent another unwanted pregnancy?
Telling her that she is stupid and irresponsible would be moot. I am sure she already realizes that she has made a error in judgement.

That woman is old enough to know how to prevent unwanted pregnancy. She knows that she had committed a mistake but she never learned her lesson.

I will not agree with your aunt on that part. Abortion is illegal in the eyes of God and law.There are so many unlucky couples there who are wanting a child. She still have options,not only abortion. She can give the baby to the orphanage or to couples who need child.

My aunt is just trying to help her, but the problem is that she's helping her to commit a crime. Yes, she can gave the baby to the orphanage but can she really do that?

It is a really bad position for her and for her child too. I do not really underatand people who are so unresponsible. They are not only makeing trobles to themselves but also to that child which will be born. It is hard to decide now, there are many opinions about abortion and I am also not a fun of it. But sometimes, where there is no other chance they have to decide for that. I have no more word for such behaviour.

While we are all thinking that this woman is irresponsible, maybe we could put ourselves in her shoes and develope a little more sympathy to her plight. We do not have all the details concerning how she came to be pregnant.
Though I think that there are accidental ones, I do not believe that any pregnancy is a mistake. God creates life and He makes no mistakes.
I do pray that God will come to her and guide her into making the right decision for all who are concerned.

Abortion in our country is illegal (india).
But the main question is whether she will be able to kill her baby..?
I think no...
No one can kill..
In this case her situation is worst, but she should think about her situation before mating..

This is her life, so I guess it is her who should decide whether to abort the baby or not. She has a job so I think she can still support and feed her baby. But I do hope that she will be careful next time because it is not so easy to support many kids without the help of their father.

Abortion in the other countries is legal. But other countries it is illegal. anyone caught this act will be punished. Abortion is a murder. Their is already life, when abort happens, criminal offense is being made. Their are so many institutions who can give and care the children. So let it be happen.

I feel very bad for the "unborn" one...there are millions of couple trying for a baby and not getting...and see, how people are doing mistakes and aborting ....Really sad!!!
