Walking with your partner

When walking with your partner, what do you most prefer, holding his/her hand, holding his arm, placing your arm over his shoulder, placing your arm over her waist or just walking without any contact? For me, of course I don’t prefer walking without any contact. I love her so I want to keep her with me and holding her makes me feel that she’s only mine and no one can take her away from me. Although I also like placing my arm over her shoulder or waist, I will still prefer holding hands, for me that is more sweet and also easier for us to walk, hehe. And time after time, I can also steal a kiss to her hand, haha. So how about you, when walking with your partner, how you and your partner looks like?

Wow,it would be so great and enjoyable to walk with your partner,especially warlking on the beach.I wish i could spend more cherish time with him.Of course,i like to holding his hand and just connect with each other.It's so sweet and i just can't forget the feelings connected with me.lol,thanks for sharing this sweet topic.

My ex and I used to hold hands all of the time. It wasn't really romantic, because I have difficulty walking and holding on to him was helpful. I had a crutch in the other hand needed something on both sides. If I didn't need help, I am not sure, but I think we would still have held hands.

We walk side by side without touching normally. I take her hand to help my wife over kerbs and into and out of a car or boat and very occasionally we will stop and hold hands to look at a view or something nice.
What gives me great pleasure is dancing with my wife when you can feel her moving under your hand - something I fear that the young of today are missing out on! haha

My husband and I hold hands when we are walking. Its much easier to walk that way and I love holding hands. Our hands just fit perfectly together...

When walking with my partner, on public road that crowded with busy people, i often just hold her hand or arm in hand. But if i walk in quiet place/deserted , i will embrace her closely, as if the world belong to us both. i do not want to separate from her, even though only short.

I hold my hubs arm and sometimes his hand. We are not shy of public display of affection. We will even give one another a quick kiss. I think that is so sweet tht you just kive her so much and want to just hold her. It is very sweet.

We usually hold hands with my partner when we walk together, i think that is the sweetest thing to do especially if your walking in public places. I don't want his arms over my shoulder because it makes walking difficult in the malls and crowded places. If we are in the park and we are walking leisurely, that would be more appropriate. For me, i hate display of affections in public, i hate to see other couples doing it either. Most of the time it annoys other people.

That was a sweet thing that you mentioned. Well, when I am walking with my partner, then for sure I would like to hold his hands and once in a while when we take the rest, I would like to lie on his shoulders and speak. Now and then a small whisper in his ears and warm hug. It will all make the day most romantic.

walking with your special someone is a good bonding moment. I am a sweet girl so I always hold his arms or hand over his waste to feel comfortable and the same way for him! This simple touch will keep on reminding him how special he is in my life!

Hey Harold,
Interesting topic you got here. When I think about that, I found out that I like to place my over her shoulder the most. It makes me feel that she belongs with me, warm feelings. Besides holding hands, I like when she grab on my hand, and don't let go. I can't describe the feelings but it makes me happy... :)

it's not really about showing the world that my partner is mine only but it's our comfortable way of showing our fondness towards each other.

i find this sweet really. my husband and i usually do holding hands while walking. aside from it looks really sweet, it gave me a such security and assurance that i will be safe and protected. sometimes, i will lean my head on his shoulder and wrap my arms around his big tummy and cuddle it. haha.

In the evenings,i like to walk hand in hand with my hubby,in the lobby or in the garden discussing something interesting.In the early days,he preferred to walk freely but now he too likes to walk hand-in-hand.Such a lovely feeling that is.I enjoy doing that,but don't find time for that.So sad...
