Hi krish, Sometime i sleep late, i think it is doesn't matter if you sleep late for 1 or 2days but it is might be become worse if you sleep late everyday. Don't sleep at evening or get rest more than a hours or took short nap. Change your current activities and create your sleeping mood.

Lately, I am having a really hard time sleeping at night. I end up sleeping after midnight. Then I wake up late in the morning. Maybe it's because I am facing a problem right now. Maybe you should try to change your sleeping habits. Maybe your body is used to sleeping late at night. you should change that.

Well I think you should try a little harder. Ofcourse its hard because your brain tells you that its not time to sleep yet. Just be determined if you want to sleep early next time. Maybe you can take sleeping pills at first until your body gets used to the sleeping schedule.

Sleeping early is one thing, but if you can't avoid it and still want to feel refreshed and recharged when you wake up, why not try a few of these: 1. I've seen this on an "instructible" a few days ago, the trick is to sleep in cycles. Cycles go like this: you sleep, then you wake up on your own undisturbed = that is one sleep cycle. when you accomplish a sleeping cycle (even if it is just one) you may want to get up and start your day. it doesnt matter if like you slept at 2am then wake up at 4am. just start your day. 2. a few hours or minutes before you go to bed, avoid any bright lights. This includes the television, the computer, your mobile device or anything that has a bright light. This will allow you to condition your mind that you are about to go to sleep. and if you can, avoid sleeping with the lights on. But if you're like me (i can't sleep without having to see any lights), just plug in a small nightlight not exceeding 5watts. 3. don't drink a glass of water an hour before you sleep. sometimes you'll end up getting out of bed in the late nights just to pee then you'll have trouble going back to sleep. These are just a few tips :) but I do hope it could help you in any way.

I get to bed very late myself and I find it difficult to get to sleep if I go to bed very early. I think you need to work very hard during the day physically and then your body will be so tired that when you get to bed early you should fall asleep immediately. I try and have a hot drink before hitting the sack as I find that this helps me get to sleep easier. Andrew

Hi victor I too suffer from this problem. It has been with me since ages. When I was at college, I used to do so many other things during the day and needed the night to study. Normally slept after 2:00 am those days. I think this laid the foundations and today, I dont get to sleep anywhere before 3:00 am and yes, there are nights when I dont even sleep. Tried almost every thing except medicines for sleep, and almost every thing failed. Maybe I was born to work as a tech support at the call centers or even a programmer for off-shore clients Anyways, today, I have given up hopes that this can be cured for me

I do not go to sleep until late at night, sometimes two or three in the morning. I am used to this and it doesn't bother me. There are times i've got little to no sleep before having to work a full day, and as I said, wasn't too bad. I think the best thing to do is try to wake up a little earlier in the morning, even if this means setting your alarm, and putting it across the room so you HAVE to get up to turn it off.

If we have the Work till the Late night it's not possible to take sleep earlier in the nights. But it's not then we can you can't able to sleep when you turn to bed. Then you having the thinking of your problems or something else that's the reason will make more time to sleep. Deep meditation will help to sleep when you turn to bed. The sleep has done when you turn to bed with in 10 to 20minuted is normal.

I slept late (early in the morning) for many years. Now I don't do that anymore. The only way to change it, is to live a a certain scedule which means: go to bed earlier. It will take time till you are able to sleep earlier since your body and bio ritme is not used to that ritme anymore. So you have to give it time (weeks.. perhaps months).

I've experienced this before. I slept at 12 midnight before. That was the reason why I am always sleepy the next day. It is really hard to stop at first. But I suggest to go to your bed early. Try to sleep as early as possible. If there's a will, there's a way. Happy mylotting!
