hi friends! As i was doing my work out a few hours ago, I remembered my friend who was overly overweight... and because her parents cares for her condition, her mother bought her a box of juice drink which claims to "help burn excess fats" and a box of capsules which she has to take every meal which also claims to be "scientifically proven" to help hasten weight loss. Few years back, I had the same problem with my friend., When i reached 190 pounds, my mother was also desperate offering to buy me those stuffs... I refused... I know that in every capsuled medications, there are consequential side effects and i won't sacrifice my health for being slimmer. I never actually believed all those slimming teas, juices and medications at all.. I relied on eating healthily and working out and i am proud to have shed a lot of weight. but i know to several others maybe it had the effect they desired.. i dont know... what can you say?

I agree with you. I've tried slimming products before. Yes they are effective but once you stop it you gain back the weight you've lost. It's better to eat healthy and exercise the body. It's also good to blend fruits and take one every meal or whatever you prefer since it's high in fiber.

Hi there! I am overweight and what have i tried??? 1. Xenical... I find it effective.. Unfortunately so, messyyyyyyyy eeewwwrr. You would be unconsciously releasing fecal matter here whatever position you make. So, if you ever are gonna use this, wear a diaper. 2. Ionomine. I didnt use it for weight loss but ive heard it keeps you awake. Back in college, i used it because i need to be awake most of the time to catch up on my studies. It wasnt that effective to keep me awake but i did loose weight. 3. Kankunis Herbal tea. The first month i used this was really effective. It made me want to go to the restroom often. And yes, i did loose weight. On the second month though, it doesnt seem to work anymore. 4. Biguerlai Herbal tea. I couldnt say it worked well on me. It did made me want to go to the rest room often only to release water. It dehydrated me. In fact, it even made me dizzy. I even had palpitations. Bad. 5. Fashion Milk.. Hmm.. so i guess teas dont work for me. So, i thought of using milk instead. Man! it was terrible! I sure did loose weight! Unfortunately so, it kept me up till 3am! I had palpitations too! I did lessen the content, but the effect was still there. 6. Leisure Orange Juice. Tastes good. However, just like Fashion Milk, it kept me up till 3am! Also, i had palpitations. I sure did loose weight though! For a time, all the above worked for me. However so, i couldnt recommend them that much because the effects vary from person to person. Like for instance, i have officemates who had been taking Leisure Orange juice and never felt a thing. No dizziness, no palpitations, no staying up late! I wish it was that easy for me but it wasnt.

I don't trust these products. I believe a healthier and fitter body can be achieved through exercise and proper diet. You can't be lazy if you want to be slim. I even stopped drinking Fit 'n' Right because it also has calories in it, which you have to burn in order for you to lose weight. I stick with water and high protein foods.

Most are not. The problem is you have to find a way to change your habit and also to be able to keep that change for the rest of your life. Fact is that if you do NOT lose weight at last at the time you are a teenager the fat-cells will not disappear anymore. After that they can only shrunk. So this will make you fat in no time even if you eat less. The juices, the slim products etc might help but if you are not able to eat something else you have a problem after you quit. If you want to lose weight the best thing you can do is not eating fastfood, candies, cookies, chocolate etc anymore. Skip the bread, pasta, pizza. The biggest part you should eat is fruit and vegetables. Fruit contains the right kind of sugar. The sugar that your body needs and won't disappear that quickly as the fruit in cookies, candies, etc. Also don't eat transfat! The fake fat. This attracks all the fat to your body and also you can't get rid of the transfat (fake/chemical fat) anymore. Drink a lot of water to get rid of all the toxic which is saved in the fat you will lose. BTW fat (the right one) is not making you fat but laxating. So if you eat a lot you will stay at the toilet a lot too. Some people do have problems with losing weight and only lose it if they eat mostly fat stuff. You could try the HCG method. But don't think this is the only thing you can do. Even if you use that you have to eath healthy and live by a diet (vegetables mostly and 2 apples) for about 3 weeks, after that 6 weeks no bread, pizza, pasta, etc. so sugars.

I tried a few weight loss products some years ago when I had to lose weight, and can't say I had too much success with them. Dietary supplements and appetite suppressants didn't do anything at all apparently (I tried natural ones because I was afraid of the side effects) I think your approach is the best, eating healthy and exercising is the best you can do with your body. Even if it seems to go slowly, you become healthy and fit, I think that's better than dropping off a lot of weight suddenly.
