What are some family activities my husband and I can enjoy with our children ages 6, 4, 3 and 1...while I am pregnant, and while we have no vehicle? Please help!

Go on an indoor picnic in your living room. give them each simple tasks like laying down sheets, putting out the juice boxes, napkins, plates. Take out some board games and play games and have fun.

Going on walks outside, playing in the yard if you have one. Drawing like painting or on the side walk. Watching a movie together, play some little games like board games for children 1 and up. Riding bikes if you all can ride bikes, making ice cream, cooking even dinner or baking together. Me and my husband take our daughter to the park no car need to go to our park its in walking distance which is good for me because I'm pregnant as again. My 1 year old loves the park or playing out on the deck.

There are a lot of different things you can do with your children. Coloring, crafts, games such as dominoes, chutes and ladders, You can have drawing contests and story time, put on a little puppet show. Ring around the rosie. The list goes on. Hope this helps.

if you have a backyard or a park nearby, you can have a picnic with the whole family. it is not advisable to travel far because as you said, you are pregnant. besides, your children are still small that they need attention and care every now and then. you can prepare food, toys and games for the children. outdoor activities will always be treasured by the children.

Hmmm, this is a tough one for me, lol! How about going on a picnic with them all? Can you go to a park close by, or do you have a backyard you can do this in? Pack a lunch and let the kids run around. The one year old might not be able to do much but he/she might get a kick out of watching the older one's. Have a family craft night and let the kids do some crafting. Give them some colored paper to work with and the stick glue, some glitter, and you're good to go. How about a talent show? Let the kids put on a talent show for you and let them act silly and do what they like to do the best...singing, dancing, acrobats..etc. The one year old can watch of course. Have them plant some seeds and watch them grow. The seeds need lots of sunlight with a window available. Within a week or two, they'll find the little seeds coming up. Buld a tent in the living room for them to play under. Some blankets will do and they can even eat in them, tell stories, read, etc. Or even a big box the kids have fun with...silly stuff but kids love it.
