can we use debit card to tranfer funds to paypal a/c

Can anybody explain me how to send funds from one paypal a/c to other paypal a/c using debit card..becoz i dont have credit card...plz tell me the procedure,,Thank You

normally you can send money between different paypal users just using your paypal balance and so sending towards their paypal id!!In some cases if you haven't enough funds on your paypal balance you can decide to select funds from your debit/credit card that you added on your paypal account.

You don't need to use a debit card or bank account or anything to send funds from one paypal account to another. All that you need to know is the person's PayPal ID - the email address which they use for PayPal.
