Impossible immigration

Canada

Why is it so hard for a Canadian woman or any Canadian in that matter to immigrate to the USA? You either got to marry someone, or have a job sponsor. Is there any possible way for me to just up and start a new life in the US without having to go through this? But yet if I were from another Country say Mexico, they'd let me in no problem... I don;t wanna sound derogatory or anything, but for someone from Canada trying to move to the USA IS impossible!

No its not too bad here, I just want to start anew. I'm in love with Texas, and I feel as though I truely belong down there compared to here. I been to Texas a million times.. Ok not that many times, but I do go often.

I think those two ways you mention might be your only option . Its strange that the grass is always greener on the other side . I would not mind living in Canada .

I am in the US and I don't know exactly why the people from Mexico not only find their way over our borders but they also manage to find jobs, have babies in our hospitals and get their children into our schools. It is completly illegal and yet..yes..they do get away with it. It isn't impossible to be here legally. There is a process to becoming an American citizen. I would reccomend that you find what that process is and go that route. Otherwise you will always be worried that it will be found out that you are here illegally and risk being sent back.

I think your problem is that you are trying to do things by following the appropriate protical. I don't have the answer for you. But I can say there are millions of Mexicans here illegally and have as many anchor babies as they can claim or get government help for. Most people are happy some states are moving tward making their lives difficult here so they return to where they came from.

Your frustration is well noted. One main reason WHY there is such stringent laws in place for immigration? Your safety. With that covered, let’s move on to the important matters. You can visit these links for important information regarding immigrating into the U.S.A U.S.A State Department http://www.state.gov/ Customs & Border Patrol http://www.cbp.gov/xp/cgov/home.xml TN VISA Information http://travel.state.gov/visa/temp/types/types_1274.html Beside the above mentioned information, if you are deciding to live or work in the United States, you will have several forms and procedures to follow in order to cross the border.
