Lately I have this some kind of depression, which my wife doesn't recognized. I tried everything to overcome this kind of feeling; but seems society just laugh about it. I can manage but don't now for how long. All sides of my life seems getting weaker... I realized inner fight is the toughest fight I ever encountered...my source of strength comes from my faith, my daughter, my wife. I wished life would get better; I keep everything inside me, no one knows; well Myloters know it now. It's a better place to released some negative thoughts and energies. I keep moving as normal as possible as I can do.

Share your pain your every problems with your close one may be your best friend, or any person whom you feel free to discuss anything you will feel good after sharing your feelings with somebody. Stop thinking much Whatever you are depressed about , just think everything will be sort out soon, and yes don't think you are the worst that suffering the life, see those people who have more problems in their life you will think yours' problem is nothing. Don't get depressed otherwise you can't sort it out. thanks

Interesting ... Where I come from they commonly say like "life changes like the weather" ... Personally I have come to tell my self that "there is a time for everything under the sun" ... was that in a Holy Book ? It's as if it is meant that there is a time to laugh like a child and a time to frown at the dark sides of life ... agree ? Also, when difficult times come, I see it as a way to maintain the "seemingly critical balance" in order to stay happy ... easy for me to say :) but in reality, I can see my self depressed in the future when I am less able to do the things I feel I need to do ... One of my favorites is to tell my self that we are not enclosed inside our bodies. Someone told another: "That which is truly you dwells above the mountains and roves with the wind ... " What do you think ?
