Usually, Saturday is still a whole day working day for us at our office, jricky. But since i am on a 2 month leave in connection to my just recently done surgery , i am free all Saturdays until July 2. But yes, weekend that is Sunday only for me is very important to me. I am able to clean our bedroom, go to church with hubby or with our daughter as of now, because she's on school vacation and do things to relax. It serves as a reinvigorating way to ready me again for the next whole weekdays of work.

Monday is indeed a busy day, specially that over the weekends some works are left undone. Though, for me it's an easy day, because on Saturday me and my boss are into really finishing all the documents that she needs to approve and sign. After that, i release them all before the day ends. Hence, Monday is just for me an easy day already.

For the most time, the weekend is just really an extension of the previous week for me. Should I have not completed each and every thing during the previous week, then there is just more to do during the weekend then there is the week. Still if everything is really done, then I am just ready to go, ready for a nice and leisurely weekend. So it really does depend on the weekend about how much that I really do enjoy it, sometimes mostly, other times not so much. Of course, the weekend is still young, so there will be time. Right now the weather is dreary, so I am really just waiting for right my next move, waiting to see really a lot of the time it is going to happen out there. We'll just see where this weekend is going to be great.

Because of the type of job I have, I rarely have a "weekend" the way most people think of the word. I usually have to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday. If I have a day off it will be one of them, but very rarely do I get both of them. To me a weekend day isn't any different than any other day of the week.

i love weekends. no tension of work always chatting, playing, watching movies with friends. especially i can sleep up to 9.00 am.. i just relaxed myself and do whatever i actually want. And i used to remember what i did in the last weekends till the next weekend comes that gives me pleasure.

The only thing that I love about weekends is that if I want to hang out with people, more people are available than during the weekdays. Also major events, such as festivals and parades are usually only on the weekend. However I like having weekdays off better than weekends because lots of places, such as grocery stores and shopping malls, are way less crowded than the weekend.

At the moment I don't really enjoy the weekends, because I have to work every weekend. I work at night and sleep during the day. In the evenings my husband and I don't usually go out, we just stay at home. Sometimes we watch a movie and sometimes we just spend the time in front of the computer. In the periods where I don't work in the weekends I enjoy the weekends a lot more. I like to spend time with my friends during the weekends. Sometimes we drive around in our area and visit new places, that is always a lot of fun. We don't travel far, because thar would be too expensive, but it is also nice to drive around on our own island or on one of the neighbour islands. In the evenings we dinner together, and afterwards we drink coffee in a café or watch a movie.

To me every day is the same. I have to work every day. Only difference most shops are closed on Sundays and my youngest kids won't go to school but I still educate them at home. So there isn't really to look anything forward too. Only some vacations (their school holidays) make the difference if we are able to escape from here.

Good evening dear mylloter friend Jricky1, ohh well i think that the week-end for me its the greatest days of the whole week , the day i like the least it Monday , i dont really know why , maybe because Monday everything goes back to normal ...and there is less time to be spent on thingz i like to do the most , like betting on soccer events , playing football on Sunday with my co-work fellows , going out to meet new girls and so more , but the most importantly for me the week-end are the two days where i get to sleep two more extra hours in the morning and i cann have alot more time to see my sister and her new born baby girl , and she lives at thirthy kilometers away from me , so its only a twenty minutes drive until there to see my niece and sister . So on a smaller resume , the week-end are the days i patiently lung for ever since Monday morning started , week-end days its all i cann think about , hehe. I wish you a verry great evening and even a greater week-end to come :) HosmanF.

Weekends mean nothing to me. I work in a nursing home that is staffed 24/7. I am obligated to work every other weekend however, because I am only part time I pick up extra shifts whenever they are available, which is mostly on the weekends. So I pretty much work every weekend.

Saturdays and Sundays are the most important days of the week for me. Time for myself and "free time" in the real sense of the word. Time for the real sleeping, real eating, real chatting and running errand for my loved ones. Definitely, it is the only "real" time for myself to recharge.I make sure that I seize every moment and no one or any thing can take it away from me.
