Here in Canada we have had some outrageous weather this year. The temperature skyrocket, then dropped. Its been pretty decent, and medium type weather.
Today is suppose to be the coldest day this week, and the rest of the week is suppose to be between 40C - 49C. I was sweating buckets today at work, and my skin felt like it was going to burn off. Now Im not looking forward to the rest of the week, nor the humidity.
But I also have to work which is good either.

Same here. Supposed to be 95 this week in Raleigh NC. Too early for this extreme heat.

There is another scale besides Centigrade and Fahrenheit
Scale. It is the HolyMoses scale. It doesn’t use numbers.
Wow
Hot
Warm
Nice
Cool
Cold
Really cooold
Brrrr
This particular scale is not based on actually temperature. When you are used to something like walking around in your favorite pullover and cuddling in a blanket during movie time and this becomes normal behaviour and it then goes to why is the fan blowing hot air from the vent in my car then the scale only seems to move dramatically all on its own unless of course, you turn on the airconditioner.

I don't like the hot weather..i can't sleep well in a hot room, just stay in the air-con office from early morning to the evening...
It is very terrible with the summer time in here, the temperature is very high and with high humid...i wish summer time is gone soon...

A couple of summers ago I worked in North Florida and South Georgia. I worked on petroleum equipment outside. Usually on black asphalt. I cannot tell you how hot it was. I could not kneel on the pavement without getting burned (through my dungarees!!) I had to put down padding just to sit or kneel on the pavement to work. Plus, I literally drank gallons of water and sports drinks a day. I had to pace myself to work 15 - 20 minutes, then rest in the shade for at least that amount of time. The temperatures where consistently in the low 100's every day. I prayed for rain so that I could work in the rain.
I now live in Minnesota and the people here think that it's hot just because the mercury gets in the high 80's. Even the 90's here seem cool to me. It's paradise.

Hi, Ricky, we have the same weird weather in Bulgaria, or at the other side of the globe. I can't remember a year like this, with so big temperature differences. Well, 40C - 49C, this is too much for my city, but today it was more than 30C and now, in the evening it's less than 20C. We used to have hot evenings after a hot summer day but maybe we are moving towards a desert climate.

Does the place you work in have aircon? in singapore, it is summer all year round for us and it's really hot everyday. it seems to be getting hotter every year. i think it has got to do with global warming.
you mentioned you still have to work no matter how the temperature it! Same here! i really hope that the temperature in singpoare can just be a little cooler.
