I'm sure its not that healthy; but I've been eating it for breakfast!

I bought 4 tv dinners the Swanson's. They usually have meat, corn (or a veggie), potatoes, and dessert. I don't usually eat breakfast but I just feel nauseous and dizzy in the morning I don't have anything else. I've been eating 1 each morning such as yesterday was the chicken one, and today is the meatloaf. I feel full, and satified but also the nauseous goes away and the dizzy. I may go back and buy them as they are on sale usually $3.50 - .4.50 when not on sale.

I think it helps to eat something for breakfast. I find I feel really rough if I ever miss breakfast. If you enjoy the Swanson's and can afford them, then I don't see why you shouldn't eat them for breakfast.

I never use to eat anything for breakfast. The last few days I've been feeling lazy and I guess its better to eat something rather than not.

There is nothing wrong with eating that for breakfast. You will feel much better if you are eating something in the morning. Those sound a little expensive compared to here, but I could be wrong. I like leftovers for breakfast, but then again, I like breakfasts for supper as well.

go for it, breakfast is supposed to be the most important meal of the day. I think your problem of being nauseous and dizzy was because you were not eating.

Low blood sugar will make you feel sick. It's good that you've started eating breakfast. However, preparing the food from scratch would be cheaper and much healthier than frozen dinners, and it really wouldn't take any more time or much more effort to prepare.

Swanson's pies tend to be filled with poor quality beef and ingredients. I would not recommend eating them everyday.

Good morning Ricki. Some people need breakfast to keep balanced. When I would buy TV dinners I like Banquet better than Swanson's. I just liked the flavors better. They are too much food for me to eat that early in the morning. I haven't bought any TV dinners since they were $1.50 or 99 cents on sale. So you can see how long ago that was. A lot of the time I like to have steel cut oats with butter and molasses. When I cook them I make enough for several breakfasts. These days I'm having a grilled cheese and egg sandwich for breakfast. I cut up a slice of bacon and some leftover vegetable like onions, bell peppers. When they are done to my liking I put an egg over them and break the yolk and when I turn it over I add the cheese and buttered bread and make a grilled sandwich. Really good for a change. I normally don't like cheese but have found I like muenster, pepper jack and am going to try some more. It's the American and cheddar I don't like to eat alone.

well, as long as it has the 4 food groups on it, i guess it would be ok but for me, i couldn't wrap my head around eating chicken and potatoes for breakfast! i generally eat some type of grain based cereal that has a lot of fibre for breakfast. that way i get my calcium from milk and fibre too.

I normally dont like to eat breakfast, but I do get the dizzy, nauseous feeling sometimes so I usually just eat a couple slices of toast with peanut butter or a bagel and maybe a glass of orange juice and I feel better.

I hardly eat what would qualify as breakfast, but when I do it's only because I am extremely starved. I've cut out those t.v. dinners completely. It's hard to shop for me now because of how much I've had to clear out of my diet, but I tend to get the same things anyway.

It's not that it's not healthy for me, but all of that for breakfast would be too much for me to eat. I have never eaten veggies for breakfast in my life but then again I don't like to eat donuts or stuff like that either at that time of day. I would go for it if it makes you feel better though. I have heard that if you microwave them in the plastic containers it isn't that good for you, so placing them in the oven might be better. I was looking things up about how to avoid ovary cysts and fibroids and microwavable frozen meals in plastic dishes was one thing to avoid (unless you use an oven), plus bottled water, and even dish detergent (and even some common spices!?!) so I've been using plastic gloves now to wash dishes and going back to drinking tap water that I boil, til I can get a water purifier set up.
