We got robbed!!!

Well, an attempted robbery at least. some guys broke into our property and since we have a school foundation they probably thought they would be able to get laptops and other valuables. All the other schools in our area were robbed too and they lost a lot of things. fortunately, we don't have fancy equipment and since the robbers can't take anything of value, they broke into the canteen, ate some cookies, through flour on the floor and made a mess. They sere probably disappointed so they broke into my dad's office and burned his files. Thankfully my father woke up very early and he was able to stop the spread of the fire.
He lost important documents but at least none of my family members were hurt. It was a good thing too that my dad woke up after those guys were gone, otherwise they might have done something awful to him.
But I do hope they get caught. My dad is traumatized. Tiny noises wake him up.

I am so very sorry to hear of this violation of your school. How awful it is to have your space invaded like this. It is a horrible horrible thing and so disrespectful.
While the robbers didn't get anything of material value, they were able to take something much more valuable -- your peace of mind.
However, it is good that they were not able to cause harm to your family. My heart goes out to your father. I know that he is so very upset over this incident.

Hope you can learn a lot after this hard lesson, so that you will not be victimized again the next time, these robbers will definitely going to come back in later day to terrorize your property again in the near future, make sure your father is prepared and must begin to stock up some weapon waiting for them to come, try sending them to their everlasting kingdom in the netherworld this time instead of repeating the same sorry feeling for yourself again after they strike the second time. You can kiss your valuable and laptops goodbye and forget about the dream that local police will find these robbers and get back all these stolen items for you.

So glad that your dad woke up in time to put the fire out. It is horrible that someone would break in and steal. I am also glad that your dad did not walk in on them in the process. I hope that they get caught as well.

We are very grateful too. My dad was blaming himself for sleeping very soundly while the robbery happened. We told him not to feel sad because God probably made him sleep through it so he wouldn't get hurt. Who knows what those robbers would have done if they saw my dad armed only with his flashlight.

If you mentioned it was a school property, aren't there suppose some security guards work at night? At least some sort of security personnel to help protect the premises. Or is there other electronic security system that might help alert the police nearby, so the police can come around quickly to catch those robbers? As you said, most importantly, no one get hurt.

Robbers and people who commit crimes disgust me. I feel like it's human nature to feel some sort of want or need to help one another but when I hear people hurting, killing, stealing from one another, I feel like a part of humanity as a whole is dying. I know we all live in some hard times but others have lived through worse and have become better for it. It's truly a horrible thing what they did and it could've been a lot worse, I just hope whatever happens, they get what's coming to them. Hope your dad gets better.

God is really good that h He don't allow your father to get hurt. I don't know how these people can do such terrible things just to make money. And what is really bad is that they are robbing schools. I wonder if they have their own children who are going to school too. They should be captured and penalized so they won't victimize more schools and even people.

That is such an awful news to hear. Thank God that everyone of you are safe and nothing of that much value has been taken. I guess this means you've got to upgrade your security measures especially with these incidents. Hope your dad will soon be okay.

I am really sorry to hear this.But that's good that they could not take away anything from your school.I think you must install some devices like burglar's alarm and fire sensors in the school.
This may help you more if anything like this happens in future.May be you can install some hidden cameras also.
Its true that your father could not be able to face them otherwise they surely would have done some harm to him.

It's so terrible but fortunately no one of your family was hurt. My house was stolen two years ago, I found my laptop and some cash were missing and then I called the police.
