Is anyone really looking forward to Abraham Lincoln Vampire Slayer?

I don't know if I'm just close-minded or if it's something else but Abraham Lincoln Vampire Slayer looks incredibly stupid to me. I know that it's based off of a best-selling book but I just had the biggest facepalm when I saw the movie poster and trailer. It just looks ridiculous. I could be wrong but Abraham Lincoln, bare with me here, wasn't a vampire slayer and it wouldn't make sense as to how he would/would've been a vampire slayer.

I think the premise for this movie is idiotic! Abraham Lincoln is famous for being a learner and such. He is one of my favorites and even though I enjoy a good vamp movie I think using his name for sensationalism is pretty stupid to me. I doubt I will see it even on Netflix.

I am torn about it. I love vampire movies but the premise seems a little odd. I might wait til it comes on Netflix.

It Looks like you may need to have read this book and be a fan of the story to be excited about this movie project..I have no idea myself how popular it might be having not read it myself..
