Thank God. A person like me. I don't wax myself but I shave daily. I am truly disturbed by what I have read here. That they "try" to clean down there. That they "itch." I am truly nauseated.
These kind of women are what give all women a bad name. These kind of women are the ones that make some men say to me on the internet at times that women smell or smell like fish or any number of disgusting things that men say. It is these hairy bacteria laden women who "try" to keep clean but can't because they "sweat." My GOD, I have never heard of such things. I bathe daily and shave. I mean, how hard is that? Hairy? No. Sweaty? No. If I even THINK I might smell after an active day I change my underwear and bathe AGAIN.
I won't be back to this conversation, I'm not giving any more money to bacteria laden sweaty, hairy women. So don't bother telling me off I won't be reading it. Gross.

There is no way I would not wax down there even if I was dating and a man asked to do it! I am not a fan of pain and I am sure it would be painful as heck! Crazy yes! I am not insane! No man is worth it if I don't want to do it! Plain and simple!

I think its a media thing. Just like the blonde thing is for the most part. And a cleaniliness issue for some as well. Most men I have asked have said they don't really care. Up to the women. SOme that they prefer it clean shaven. I haven't really heard it come up until just the past couple of years. Some women will do anything for their man and some are just followers. Whatever the ole man wants. I wouldn't do it. I don't see how it can be done without issues and injuries. Ugh!

Ok so I totally understand the swimsuit issue but that doesn't mean you shave the whole dam thing, right? I've been hearing about this for the past ten yrs actually but as far as cleanliness...what were we before? I shower daily and sometimes more if the weather is hot. Up until recently the hair has not been an issue of hygene and i have to wonder if it really is an issue.

Well I know some woman do it because of the sexy siwmsuits they wear in the summer. I can see that. I would never do it even if a man asked me! It isn't me! Just thinking about the hair growing back and the itchiness,no thank you!
It could be a media thing. I can see some woman doing it for cleaniliness and guys doing it for that reason! It isn't for every one!

I never wax or cut as my husband said IO look like an adult woman that way not a little girl so I hate waxing and I leave my
hair there well enough a lone.God p ut it there for some reasonand thats good enough for m e.

I would never or will not shave/wax down there! Not even if a guy asked me to! I like me hair down there! Nowadays it is very common I hear. With both sexes. Not my cup of tea at all!

I am sure if a woman does it monthly,the waxing down there,they have gottan used it. I would not even considerate doing anything like that! Just thinking of the pain makes me sick! I was hoping more men would reply to this discussion to get their opinion. On the few I got it seems alot of men like no hair down! Each his own!

LOL...I get brazilian waxes and my boyfriend LOVES it. I feel like it's a lot easier to keep clean and neat and more aesthetically pleasing.

I couldn't get any type of waxing! Legs or down in the privite area! It sounds do painful! I know I couldn't do that even if I was dating and my boyfriend would ask me to do it! It would not! I am crazy but not insane!

I assure you it's not as painful as it may seem..LOL..Whatever pain there is is so worth it for how it feels. :-) So fresh and clean. You don't have to be insane to have hair removed from your body. Plus if you've never done it, how would you even know? LOL.

Some people both men and women like having hair down there and some don't. For a lot of people its about the feel the smoothness of the being like it was before you became and adult. Not all guys a women with having hair down there some want it trimmed some don't like any at all and some like hair. It also depends on the women some women don't like the having hair there some do. Me I've never waxed my lady parts, but I have shaved down there several times but I don't do it all of the time. Some times I trim it. Some times the hair down there bugs me and makes me really itchy no matter how many times I bath. Heat and bacteria start building up and starts irritating the area so keeping it kind of short helps with that for me. My husband he couldn't care less how it looks down there at all. He tells me he likes when its trimmed because then its easier for some four play but at the same time he wants me happy so he doesn't push me to do anything I don't want to do. I don't care if he shaves or not down there it don't bother me one bit.

I never thought some people would do this because they like the smoothness before they became an adult! When I started this discussion I never thought of this!
I do know some woman wax their lady parts because of the swimwear they wear! I am sure some men do it for the same reason!
I do know my lady parts get sweaty and bacteria grows down there. I try my best to wash down there when I bath. I do get itchy once in awhile. At least I don't have to worry about my period! That is over with thank goodness!
with a guy there have been a few I wish would of least trimmed down there! Besides that nothing else bothers me about that.

Is it me or is "some like the smoothness before becoming an adult" thinking just a bit creepy. I find it a lot creepy. I actually have heard that before and to me it just makes me think of guys fantasizing about little girls...i don't know..I feel like that should be a red flag, if that is their reason for wanting that.

Right now I don't have to worry about my period or at least another 18 weeks. I clean down there better good but in the summer time it can be hard since it's always hot. Right now with my pregnant all I have to say is there are things coming out of my lady parts that can cause itchiness no matter how many times I wash down there. I don't wax that part of my body. I do trim around the bikini area but never wax it. I use to before I had my daughter shave all of it off but then it just takes up to much time you got to shave every couple of days or once a week at least to keep it smooth. I like it because of that but I never did it for my husband even though he likes it.
I let my husband choice weather he wants to trim down there or not because either way it really doesn't bother me since I don't really care for oral.

Personally I think this is a personal choice if men would want their women with hair or not, as well as women. If you have ever had to have any type of surgery to where they have had to shave some, it itches when it grows back so maybe that is why some women continue to do so. I think even when considering shaving other places as well, it is also a matter of culture, etc. not something someone needs to worry about?

I was curious on how it felt to have no hair down there. I did not wax the body part, I instead shaved it. the smooth feeling is good but then the hair grew a few days later. it was not for my partners satisfaction, it was for my own.

I never have shaved or waxed down there! I never have tried waxing and don't care to! I like it to be natural. When I dated, guys didn't seem to mind I had hair down there. With the men,hair is ok. Some could of used a trim. Other then that hair or no hair doesn't make a difference on a man to me.

I've heard from a friend about her guy not wanting hair down there. But I guess woman actually don't want it to be without it. I feel like waxing it really hurts. Shaving is a much better option I guess, although it kinda makes the hair a bit stiff...

Personally, I don't really mind if there is hair or not down there. I don't have much of a preference. My girlfriend does have hair and I don't feel bad when I went down. Once she did cut her hair and I was not really happy as Iike original. Furthermore, she gone through two weeks of itchiness and discomfort down there as the new growing hair keeps poking her. After that, she never shaved her hair off anymore. Well, what difference does it make to have hair or not? I don't see much difference. So you don't have to do anything to yours okay ^^

Shaving down there and the itching when the hair grows back, is not for me! I guess it depends on the woman and the men if they want hair or not down there! All the guys I dated had no problem with hair! With guys it doesn't matter. I like hair but some guys could use a trim once in a while!

Most of the guys love to see with out hair.But i dont think every one prefer waxing.

The more I read the replies of the discussion the more I realize it is usually what the guy wants. I know if the guy likes hair it stays and not it goes! That I would never do! I like my hair down there and I won't shave or wax down there for anything!
