i own a blackberry playbook tablet. i think it is also 7 inch screen. i have downloaded a free ebook application with 100 free ebooks included already. included is the bible . so i can read them offline. so it is just wonderful i have copy of the bible already also. i have some ebook about history and other things on the free ones. it is free on the blackberry application world. but it is not available for you though. i guess you have your own free downloads on nook tablet. is it a good tablet to use that nook tablet. is it good for posting also.

I like to read and tried ebooks on my palm but found it very difficult and I was skeptical about using a Kindle. My daughter gave me one and I love it. I have several books on it and take it when I travel and enjoy reading from it.

My daughter bought me a Kindle for Christmas and I have to say that I LOVE it!!I never expected to enjoy trading the written words in book form for the Kindle but since I have had it I have read FAR more books!! I also download lots and lots of free books from Amazon; some have not been so good but others really good. The fact that you haven't paid for the books means that if you are not enjoying one you can just delete it. I suggest that you look through the lists of these books and read the descriptions, choose shorter books with subjects that interest you at first and you will soon be hookedI read a very wide range of books from classical to chick lit so what I like you may not like but do try some, I'm sure you'll be a huge reader before long!

Books are the source of knowledge. To attain the knowledge which are away from you eyes and ears reading books is the best way to gain them. Try to get those books according to your taste. It will help you to have good time with fun.

I don't like reading eBooks. Doesn't give you the feeling and joy of flipping pages on a physical book. Also put strains on you eye if you are reading for too long. I prefer reading a physical book

I love books. I love having an actual, physical book in my hands. I love turning the pages. I love the weight of a book. My idea of a good afternoon would be spent wandering a library or book store. For the sake of space, though, I can see the appeal of an e-reader. I do now have an e-reader, and I do use it. I can see how it will be a good thing when I travel, because I always like to have at least several books available to me to read when I'm traveling. I can also see how it is likely to be useful should I ever get the tiny house of which I dream. While I want to have an outbuilding as a stand-alone library and office space, room for books in the actual house will be limited. I will say, though, that if you are not already into reading, I have my doubts that an e-reader is going to get you hooked on reading. Instead, it will be fun for a bit; then, the novelty will wear off, and you will realize that you really do not like reading any more than you did before.

yes you will definitely enjoy the company of books. Books are our life long friends as they always equip us with good knowledge that tends to help us in the long run. i know you do not like reading books as me, but try reading good books which you think is essential for you. You need not to read all the books available in the market, just go for the right books for you. like if you are fond of cooking, then go for good recipe books.

we are opposite in the way of reading. i prefer to have a book or a novel than to read in ebook. i think i can't concentrate reading if using ebook because i will be tempted to use other sites. but since i don't have enough money to buy a book i will just stick to ebook. this is just one of the disadvantage of having a book, you need money while ebook you will just need to download it and no money used.

I don't really get the difference between reading a real physical book and reading an e-book. With that said, I don't think you'll like e-books if you just don't like reading. Have you considered trying audiobooks? You might like that better.

Try to read a war novel like Lord of the ring, Taiko is a novel about Japanese history, Musashi Is a novel about ronin which very brave and skillful, And Romance of three kingdom, this is my favorite novel. It is about a war in china in the end of han era. The story about three warlord which try to be emperor. It is very interesting because the war, the story, and the strategy.

Ebook are a lot cheaper than plain paper books. If however you like the smell of paper, or when you first get a book you like seeing the size of a novel you lose that with an e-book. I love being able to see how much is left while reading a book.

I had Kindle installed in my iPad. So far I'm loving having all these books in a swipe. Since it's kindle, I subscribed to Pixel of Ink; they update their listings daily of free ebooks per genre and those books which are on sale from Amazon.
