Which to wear?

The lady told me to wear non skid shoes which I had from my last job, jeans, and a black shirt until they order a new one, but they have an apron. I dont know if this apron is just around the waste, or covering my chest as well. I have two black t shirts (that cover my shoulder), both are from college. One has my college name across it in pink, or the other has the logo in the corner, and my name on the sleeve.

i would wear the one with the printing that the apron will cover up.

I dont know if its an apron around the waist or if it comes up and covers the shirt though.

I would wear what I have on the first day and checkout what everyone else is wearing. I am sure you will be instructed more precisely if you need to alter your work wardrobe.

I missed where your new job is, but the chances are that you'll be wearing a "butcher's" apron that covers the chest. I would wear the shirt that has the smallest logo and not worry about it. Surely they won't expect you to buy a new black shirt when they're ordering in a uniform for you.

Most of the time they want the shirts to be solid black, nothing written on it. I'd call and ask her if the one with the logo and your name on it is acceptable. After all your name is stitched on it and I am sure the logo is small. If they have a full body apron the logo will be covered...
