Mental health And Well-being Of The Masses

Sound health of the mind- it is definitely of prime importance. Good physique and well-built body does not often hold healthy minds. Most of us have to face the grim realities of life at some point of time. It is quite challenging too. We tend to become dejected and wavered in those trying situations. Many occasions also come up when we get excited over even trivial matters. It is of utmost concern to exercise caution in all such instances.This is what is usually termed as self-restraint. Health does not just limit itself to robust bodily conditions.Inner health is much more desirous and needed mostly.It is beyond doubt that one could build up sufficiently enough strong and secure mental well-being through friendly associations and social interactions.The development of the inner self possessing good mental make-up is founded on firm personal outlooks and individual caliber.

I have a friend who is a really wonderful person, but sometimes he gets excited over some small thing and becomes rather immobilized, so much so that he loses track of things that are happening around him. I think this makes him vulnerable to harm so I have tried to explain to him that he needs to keep his wits about him at all times, but he forgets. I do not know if he has always been like this or if it is part of aging.

Hi sukumar, There is no doubt in my mind that mental illness surpasses all others. I have seen people cope with some terrible physical conditions, and even enjoy life, all because of strong mental health. I have also known those with good physical health, who have lived very unhappy lives because of depression,anxiety and various other forms of mental illnesses. Blessings.

Mental health is a part of our well being. I think, when there is a disruption in the psychological and cognitive aspect and its natural flow, our whole body is affected also. Like if we have a problem, no peace of mind sets in, and we tend not to eat and sleep, and this will eventually take a toll on the human body. So it is vital to have a healthy mind and body. Thanks
