Are you agree with me it is very difficult to live happy life?

I lived a life with much or had more than enough, had just enough, and had nothing left but cents in my pocket and I can say problems were always present on that every situations I went through. To have all the wealth this world can offer is not a ticket that we will be exempted to all hardships. Money cant and never be enough to make people happy or contented. Stress will always be around. Problem is opportunistic just waiting for you to give it a portal to enter your life. happiness is all about mind set and positive disposition. Besides money can easily be found as long as you have a sound mind to figure out what to do but if we already stick to our mind that if we dont have money then we will become miserable then you really cant live a happy life.

I always believe that happiness is a choice. It depends on how we look life. It's not always about money and what you don't have. It's about how we value what we have right now. I also believe that God always has a better plan so if what we want happen any soon, God is cooking something better for us. So I think, life is easier if you want it that way.

Well being positive despite all of the challenges we have on hand is the best we can do to stay happy. Money can only make us happy while it is there but it is you who can decide to be happy is you. Try to be happy despite of the many things that hampers you life. That is the only time that you feel life is not as bad as it is. Do not link your happiness with money because they are just temporary things in life. Think of the people around you that loves and care for you.

fantabulus: Hundred per cent correct. The price of every commodity is rising. In my case my pension is also increasing but certainly not to an extent of compensating the increase in prices. Our position is slightly better we have ability to spend time on internet and discuss. Fixed income people cannot manage their lives easily. every month price of rice, dhall, milk etc. is rising and they will be forced to borrow money and end in problems. But in spite of this -- people know that it is difficult to manage an expanded family -- number of births is continuously on the increase--more problems, more issues and more complications. this is a cycle and it will go on like this. Number of children among upper middle class has come down and number of children for poor people is increasing more and more. they learn to live without necessities.

Happiness is not always counted by money.It is noticed so many times that a millionaire can't sleep comfortably but a poorest man can.After all happiness depends on our own.Happiness is not absence of problem but how we deal with it. It is not very difficult to live happy, only the thinking should be little bit changed towards positivity.

As for this issue,I think what we can do is face the reality and get through it.Now everybody face this problem,the commodity prices rise a lot meanwhile our income almost keep the same,so yes all of us are hard to feel happy about this.But I think though we can not change this situation,we can change us to adapt it.Pls keep your spirit,do more and think more,then I think we can figure out this problem.

There are times in our life where we will all feel like this. Even when we have a Good job, etc. things continue to go up and it seems like there is never enough. Then in my case you keep on also having Doctor bills from a Medical issue not wanting to heal and it can depress and stress you out even more. But what I have learned from all of this, is that Trust in God and finding things to do, like posting here in myLot, or other things out there to distract you and make you happy are what counts. Start a New hobby, find some things you enjoy that cost less money, etc. Life really is what you make it, and when you are not Happy usually others around you can sense it, and are often not Happy too.

Hi Fanta! It is true that rising prices are robing us of all our day to day pleasures and making our life difficult. We have to face the reality as we do not have any choice.

In my home country and in many others we have a recession. Prices keep going up and goods bought previously are harder to afford. In my locality the summer has been cool, dull and rainy. It has had only the odd sunny day which is warm. Luckily I took my kids to Cornwall for a week in late July. We got warm to hot plus dry weather there. It was lovely to do days out from where we were based for the week. We visited some beaches, gardens and towns. My mortgage is going to last for another 23 years. I am keen to change it to 10 years. Then I can save around 17,000 pounds in interest over the time of my mortgage. I look on the Internet at a site which is about comparing supermarket prices. I go to four different supermarkets getting the lowest cost favorites. For example in supermarket S the cost is one pound fifty pence yet in supermarket A is is only one pound. I like to take note of special offers. It is worth bulk buying sometimes like getting 16 toilet rolls for five pounds and not 4 rolls for two pounds. Try to enjoy free and low cost activities like the beach, countryside and looking at architecture. You could borrow books from your local library. Camping would give you a low cost vacation if you need one. Good luck.

hi fanta that s all he more reason why when life is difficult we look for hope and we smile and know it could always be worse.we try to be happier with what we have . we keep on keeping on because life can and does change all the time and we are happy and we can be even happier knowing bad times do not last but courageous happy people do last.,stressing out will make you feel much worse and does not solve problems. It is not easy to live a happy life however if we strive to be happy we can be happy no matter what.not all rich families are happy and lots of poor families are happy so we can choose to be happy no matter what happens.if we are strong we will find ways around financial problems and we will succeed too.

Fanta, of course with the burden of money problem, it is hard to lead a happy life. Most important is to practice frugal living. Only buy things that we really in need and try to save as much as possible for a better future. Although it may sounds quite hard at first but once you have this type of practice, i am sure you will see some positive result. No matter how little you can save per month, it will be good for future. Another way is, try to find another job for some extra income.

all we can do is keep doing what we can and always believe that everyday will be a better day :D i used to have a well-lived family but now my family got into a crisis and many financial problems occur. I'm not used to living just simple and saving money, i lived fancy. I looked down upon on everyone when i was rich, but now God gave me a smack in the head to be a humble and hard-working person, and i give thanks to this thing. People always has problems, that's why we have to find a solution and deal with it :D
