People don't pay attention!!!

I'm still learning the ropes on myLot, but I think I'm getting the hang of it. I'm starting to see from reading other people's posts and starting my own who the regulars are, who participates a lot and the people that leave actual responses and the people who you can tell that are just trying to respond to as many posts as they can to maximize their earnings, even though I'm pretty sure, that it's based off of the quality of your responses, but whatever. The thing that's really annoying me is that it seems like you have those 2 or 3 people that obviously don't read what you or anyone else says, they just read the title it seems like and throw in their two cents. Why do people do this? You want to be part of an online discussion community, then obviously you need to take the time to read the discussion before you just respond because you make yourself sound like you don't know what you're talking about!! Jeez

I agree. That's been one of my pet peeves for a while. Sometimes I respond with a one or two liner, trying to throw in a little humor. Not sure if people always get it, even though I use the emoticons. But mostly I try to be informative or sympathetic, whichever is called for. And you're new here. I didn't even notice. Welcome to mylot. I'm a little slow today.
I think you'll like it here. And you'll find the seniors very helpful. They always seem to pop up when newbies are having trouble or need help with guideline issues. It's almost eerie

Yeah, I guess. One day is the same as the next for me. I have some missing notifications, too. I like them because when someone comments on my response I like to go back just to say thanks. I didn't get notified for your message either. Glad you is fine today!

I couldn't find any international info on it, but thought I would tell you anyway. Let me know if it helps. I'm thinking about it but I need to buy some equipment and I'm really technologically deficient (knowledge-wise). I don't really know how to do much with computers.

You seem to have got us all into categories pretty well really quickly 
I see those people too and I can only presume that they believe that they are earning a lot by doing that. They are not though because irrelevant responses don't earn like they would if their responses further the topic and give others a chance to join in and add something more too.
It takes all sorts I guess

I agree! What good is a discussion if everyone can't join into it!! And thank you for your welcome!! =)
I guess those are the people that will eventually tire of "working" for nothing and move on! Lol

Sadly some of them move on and then go to other sites and complain saying that myLot is a scam, or myLot is not worth it and so on

That is quite true friend because others who just wanted to annoy serious followers try to make you angry with their response which are not in line with what you try to discuss.They just write their response with baseless contents.You are new here yet you have a vivid observations towards the community in our discussions here.

We will just leave it to what they like as long as they do not cross the line to over
react.I have encountered so many kinds of opinions from different kinds of people.
Their opinions are with various views,some are like quarreling me and some are with my views.Most are really a critic.There are others who just open a discussion but do not know how to response to their viewers,as if they are the only ones who just like to earn in their own.

I think that some people treat all forums like they are supposed to be debates or be like Topix...all people over there do is argue all day long. Lol. But I can definitely see how people will try to get under your skin.

Welcome to myLot. I really believe some members are on the site to earn and really don't get involved with the actual discussion. I agree with you totally about responding to a discussion without actually reading what the post is all about. Money isn't my main goal on myLot. I enjoy reading and learning about new ideas, lifestyles and cultures. I have a real problem with members who want me to join their list of friends. I do so and then I get a request to join their paying site as a referral. These members usually don't stay around on myLot for long.

And some members created non- actual discussion too , you know what I mean,rite?
They just created discussion - then when I tried to give my best thought on it for discussing , they seemed didn't read it properly and just saying thank you for the respons. And then I couldn't really get involved with the actual discussion, rite?

Yes I agree with you that unfortunately some people simply post something which at times does not make any sense, showing that they did not bother to read the discussion properly. There are some people who do not really appreciate the essence of taking part in a discussion. Another common problem is when one starts a discussion, people reply to it, and then s/he does not bother to get back to them. That annoys me too.

I agree!! I think some people are so eager to try to make money and don't take the time to read up on the site and see that if you just go through and give silly responses and then wonder why they don't have $100 on their account the next day! Lol. I found myLot because I was looking for make money at home opportunities. I've only been a member for a few days, but I've found that I actually LIKE this site! And the people who give you silly responses and you respond back, they don't bother to even see that their response was completely irrelevant!! Lol =)

everything when they know nothing, read all the discussion
before making your responses and the word is responses.Yes it
is the quality of our work that gets paid not the amount of it.,

Lol, I've done the same thing a couple of times already, asking the person did you even read my post?! Lol and it's no surprise when they don't come back to respond back to that with a half-witted comment! =P

Yes you are definitely right about that. On so many of my discussions have I seen people who don't even look at the title line and just type something random in response and I'm like what 
. You are right they make no sense at all when they respond like that and it makes me upset when I see comments like that and I'm like really. They will eventually learn when they find that they are not earning at all and they are just getting they're comments deleted and they say mylot doesn't work and why aren't they earning. Like hello, how about you actually stop being lazy, stop trying to make a quick buck and actually read the discussion and respond.

i have seen many people doing like that,i think they must take time to read analyse and write it.but i will always surely read fully and post about the topic.we need to pay attention and be alert all the time

Well, it depends... With one problem but this person have a long discussion but another guy have a short discussions. In here mylot doesn't calculate money from the number of discussion. You can read mylot guideline to understand more about it.
With me, i have no comment about it because when one guy spends their time for posting their discussions, it is very valuable already even though it is short or long and just related a little bit to your topic. Simply, it is their opinion only.

I completely agree with you.
many people just read the title and then write an answer.
if you can write if not just write because you look ridiculous in the eyes of others.
is very important to know what it is all about and then write your question or answer.

i really hate some one when people dont respond or even listen to what i speak. they have their hands on their mobile phones or anything and mind left out into some outside world. this really gives a very cheap opinion on such people even if they are our close ones. people are adopting this same with this post reading they are gettin accustomed to carelesness.
people do this either with lack of interst or carelessnes. some people dont do it intentionally but such a feel gets created to the opposit one who talks.
many people do not really pay attention they jus read on d heading or skippng of some lines sum do it in hurry or urgency bt most of them with careless ness and uninterest.

I guess the peoples who this just don`t care .Honestly I`m not here for earning money ,but for talking with peoples,giving advices share my thoughts ,my facts .Not all the peoples are here like me or you .Some just want attention and don`t know how to get it ,and some just like you said just need money , but they don`t think if they really wanna get money they need to make a work of quality .They just wanna give some comments like that .Just some rows ,telling things that doesent interest at all in some cases .

I agree with you on this. Just few days ago, I read a comment from a mylotter which is so far from the person's caption. I think there will always be people like that. Maybe some of them get lazy in reading those long sentences under the title or maybe they thought they have read enough for them to comment down as if they know what they are writing. But, we can't force everyone to read here in mylot. It's their way of earning and using this site. So, let it be. Just be proud that you were not one of those people who just comment down without reading. :) Don't be pissed anymore. Chilax and have a great day. :)

Personally it is annoying the people that come here and do that and I am sure their earnings are reflected from doing this as well. You do need to watch your quality over quantity as this is an important thing. Just posting to be posting also will not earn you much respect here from others as well.

Some people just rather to make quick cent and maybe not find certain topic interested . I dont care much about how a person want to respond because we are all different and we may not have much to say to a certain topic , and some people dont respond to their own discussion that's what i find weird because they lose out on their earning .

Yeah they are here sadly, the ones that just read the title and think they know what they are talking about. They are doing nothing to help themselves. A lot of times the title is something totally different than people think it's going to be. So all their doing is making themselves look kind of silly in my opinion.
I had a responder today say something that was sort of related but not really to my discussion. To me it gets frustrating to the people here that really try their hardest to make this a great place to be!
