Do you have wall hangings in your home?

no my house is very plain I don't have any wall hangings

Wall decorations add color and warmth in a house. It gives life and sense of comfort to see a neatly decorated home. I have 4 wall decorations in the living room and my wedding portrait in our bedroom.

I have one or two but I do not prefer to have them . This need to be dusted and kept clean on a regular basis.I am not too good at it.

I don't but only because my room is small and with all the furniture, if I put a picture on my wall, it would make my room even more crowded and little, which I don't want, because that could make a person claustrophobic, depressed and so... because the more spacious and light your room is, the more balanced and relaxed you will be, at least most people, me too. But if I had a bigger room, I would pick up some nice paintings which match my room in style, and I would put a laaaarge bulletin board on my wall, and I would put all the postcards, magazine cuttings, theatre and museum tickets and all kind of memorabilia I've been collecting, because THAT is what really resembles me.

Yes, i have pictures, clocks and mirror hanging in our walls. I personally hang some pictures of my husband and I that taken from our vacations, tours and special occasions that always reminds us one of the happiest, funny and unforgettable moments in our life's. For me, it is necessary to put something in the wall to make it more attractive and looks good because without decoration on the walls it appear very sad and boring.

Yes, it adds up to the coziness of the living room. But as for me, I usually hang something on the wall that is also useful. Like I made a hanging shoe rack and placed it on a wall that is located at the hidden part of the house. Or I did some organizer type which I also hang on the wall to put my little stuff like battery charger, pens, bits and pieces of things.

We have wall hangings all over the house! In the living room, on the walls of the main hall and the bedrooms. In my room, I have hanged one big frame with mt photo when I was younger and a decorative mask that I bought from Venice when I visited a few years ago! In the living room, we have 2 oversized framed embroidery. The one is a woman's portrait and the other one is an image of nature with horses running across the river! This is a traditional way of decorating the living rooms, especially for women at the age of my mother or older! They are beautiful, but to be honest, I would perefer something more modern for my house!

I have pictures and art on my walls, and for me, yes it is necessary. I mean, I don't HAVE to have art on my walls, but I want it because it makes my house look nice. I love to decorate and do fun things in my house. I love making a pretty house, it is one of my passions.
