Wow. I am surpassing myself with stupidity as I sent this off to Mylot with out making it into a discussion. So this is part two. Do you think that I should have been given a free gift or something for acting in the interests of the supermarket? Have you ever done anything like this before?

If nothing else, a thank you for bringing it back. I'm sure I have, but I can't think of an example. One interview today, two tomorrow. Cross fingers...

I did not give an example. I guess I probably have driven the wrong way on a one way street. Ooooh, i just remembered, my very first year driving a school bus, I accidentally turned into a wrong street. . . actually it was a "circle" with no outlet and I had a BIG bus and had to back out of the thing. Yuk. Nerve wracking. Dawnald I am all crossed up fingers and toes.

I know the first time our McDonalds had one of those doors that sets off an alarm in the children's playground area to keep the children safe, I didn't know it and opened it. I just kept on walking... As for gift for your help? Well, that is if you were helping. Like I said in your previous discussion, you could have caught them trying to save money by not having the trolley thing turned on...

older women do that all the time wow, what a way to make one feel good.... Trust me though, it took a lot for me to keep on walking, I am sure my face was super red by the time I got to the car and the faster we were out of that parking lot, the better. Of course my son didn't let me live it down for a few days..:P

You showed great presence of mind just by keeping walking. I did that recently as I wanted to use the restroom in a department door but instead of opening the door of the restroom I opened the emergency fire exit door. before I could say Jack Robinson, staff was around me.But they said not to worry as older women do that all the time

I think you should have made into a discussion about the many funny times of one Cynthiann. You have lived by far the most interesting life of anyone I know. And you're funny, and smart. You're just incredible.

You should have been! This reminds me of a time when I worked in retail. There was this guy who officially had the same designation as me - customer sales rep. But this guy was big and muscular. And I found out one day, that he beats up people that try to shoplift from the store. And his reward?! I heard that the owners of the store gave him a car!

I think you should have a job as their cart tester. I usually try to bring the shopping carts back to the store and if I find any along the way I'll bring them too.

We are discussing with you over there, so it is a discussion. How about your own gold plated shopping trolley so you never get put in that position again. Diamond crusted wheels and the whole bit.

Definately......I think they should have given you a reward for bringing the cart back after testing it for them....I would go back and see what they have to say!
