I have my appointment at 12:20pm tomorrow, I am so happy (who knew going to the doctors would be this exciting). But perfect timing as everything is starting to flare up again, its very painful down there. Also, my hair is falling out a lot again. But I got a feeling ym doctor will blame it on my low iron llike usual.

Well I'm hoping he will listen to you this time and not just blame it on the Iron. If you were that deficient in Iron it'd be more of a danger and you'd probably be hospitalized, so I don't think he has grounds to always blame it on that. Good Luck, I really need to visit that kind of doctor myself, but am too stubborn.

Well, I am going October 26 to the blood specialist, and getting the iron pumped through an IV. They cant find the iron levels at all with me. But I agree, if he thought it was the big of a deal he would of moved faster (since my iron has been this low since I was 12 and Im now 24). The main one I want a referral for a GI, and also seeing about switching this birth control or something.

Your post made me smile. You are the only one I have know who got excited with the doctor's appointment. Not only that almost everybody dislikes going to the doctor, but in fact , almost everybody abhor the thought! Most especially for dentists - as visiting them is associated with pain. and scare thoughts would come next. By the way, what kind of doctor are you going to see tomorrow? It must be a relief for you as you look forward seeing the doctor. Whatever it is that you are going through tomorrow, good luck then!

I agree, many are afraid of the unknown. I am just going to see the regular doctor, and get a referral to the GI. I hope to get it all fixed, it's been too long waiting for answers and not getting them. I've been waiting 2 months for this appointment.

I hope that the doctor was able to give you some answers while you were at your appointment, but from what you've said in this discussion and what you've said in the past, I don't know that he did. I know that there have been some times that I've not been happy with the doctor's analysis and when that has happened, I will try to find another doctor that I can visit in order to get a second opinion on what it might be that was causing the symptoms that I was having.

In your case I can imagine that you would be happy with going to the doctor. It seems like you have some major problems with the downstairs issues. I think like you I would be very excited to see the doctor to be ableto get some much needed relief from the problems that plague within your body.As for your hair goes i was wondering is that a stress issue or something else hopefully it will grow back and want come out anymore. It sure does sound like more that iron and you might need to get another opinion or see another doctor. I wish you luck with your doctors appointment and I hope you are ok and nothing serious is happening with you.
