Should Sehwag play against Pakistant? And if yes, who should be dropped?

Most cricket experts and fans feel that Sehwag should be in playing elevan and play today's match against Pakistan. Considering Sehwag is the X-factor & a match winner whom bowlers fear & can win games by his batting & considering his brilliant track record against Pakistan.
Now Yuvraj who is not fully fit and is rusty might make way for Sehwag in the team. Like Ravi Shastri said in a TV show it is not time for emotions in such a crucial game.
Then Dhoni could also play both batsmen & drop leg spinner Chawla but that would weaken bowling attack even more.
So what do you guys suggest should be ideal combination and why do you think so.

I think Virender Sehwag must be included in the final eleven for the match against Pakistan. Because when playing against a strong team like Pakistan, the presence of a senior player will indeed help us. I think surely Dhoni will include Sehwag in the squad.

I would like to see Sehwag playing in the match against Pakistan. I would drop Piyush Chawla for this match. I think playing a leg spinner is anyhow a major risk against teams that can play spin well like Pakistan. So for me it is going to be Sehwag in place of Chawla.

Yes I too think that Dhoni will drop Piyush Chawla and put Sehwag back in the team. Chawla was not doing well in the previous match and I think Dhoni there is no reason for Dhoni to put him again in the team. Anyway all the very best for team India.

Hello my friend banta78 Ji,
Well, our eyes were glued to TV set last night and we followed after Tossing onwards. We have seen how Shewag was replaced and how Yuvi hit winning shot as well. Certain things should be left to Captain only on the field Mr Shastri did well during his Capatainship, and probably , he too might have not appriciated somebody poking . Now, I think gambhir should be rested.But I leave to captain Cool only.

Indian bowling side isn't a fear to Pakistan. So lengthening it by numbers is meaningless. On the otherside Indian Batting line up is still powerful. A player like Sehwag can change the match in favour of India. So in my view exclusion of Chawla will not make Indian team weak.

I think Sehwag should play in place of chawla,cause Sehwag is the perfect material for T-20 cricket..

Sehwag can be included against the harbhajan . As we have more part time options available so strengthening the batting is a wise thing to do. In the last match against Australia spinners could not get any purchase due to rain and the due factor does also come in the evening . Pakistan is no weaker site when handling the spinners so one more batsman would be a more useful than a spinner.

In the absence of Sachin, Sehwad's place is more or less certain. However, it would be wrong to say that he is the only match winner. That is because of late his performance is a bit erratic. That may be due to the injury he sustained a couple of years ago. Nevertheless, he is no longer the same veeru that he was. I would take Sehwag, yes, and instead of Rohit Sharma, I would play Yuvi.
