I don't know why

It's raining outside,i feel a little lonely, sad or lost. But for what, there is nothing worth to be unhappy,i really do not know what's wrong with me. It seems my heart is empty, though my friends accompany with me,we don't talk with each other.Because we are all married to computer...... Life looks like a pool of stagnant water, repeated day after day,it's so pale that i almost forget,i am a alive person. How it could be this? Why i can't strong enough to undertake everything by myself?

Maybe you are just having the blues.... but, how often do you feel this way? Why do you think that time seemed to stop around you? You are either having some inner thoughts on something or just utterly bored. Go out! Go to the mall! Eat out! Go to the park! Be around your friends to cheer you up. And, devoid your mind from negative thing.

I sure hope you could make your time more productive by doing things that needs your attention. It is okay to be "daydreaming" or just simply stop for a few minutes to think but that should never be a reason for you to hinder all the important things that needs to be done immediately. I wish you well!

Maybe because during rainy day your activity is lesser than during sunny day, that's why it affect your mood. I found out myself always in a happy mood whenever I have more activity and going out is also one of my favorite activities to refresh my mind. During rainy day, the weather is cold and we cannot go out as much as we can in sunny day. Staying at home all the time could be boring and make you in a sad mood, so maybe you can find activity which you can enjoy inside your home, maybe drawing or cooking. When your body is moving, I think the sad mood wont dare to come near you and drained your heart to fell emptiness. Listen to happy song and dance following the rhythm, it might cheer you up.

Yes, that's right. We control our mood, not the mood controls us. If we are bored of staying in a dark room doing a boring routine, let's do something to kill the boredom. There are many activities we can do inside our home. Dont listen to sad song during rainy day, it will only make your day so gloomy. Talking about computer, you can talk to us on mylot and discuss many things so you dont feel bored and lonely anymore. You have a new friend who lives in other part of the world, don't you think its fun?

Ye,when i remembered that there are so many new friends who live in other part of the world, though we all didn't meet each other, didn't know very well about each other,we still can spend some time talking out feelings and sharing with each other.Sometimes,i even felt it's unbelievable, how amazing the life is.

Haha, you are right.I do want to go out ,to feel the warm of the sun,to watch the people played in a public garden etc. But if i stay too long in my room, with the dark light, and do the same thing all day,i will be crazy. We can't be a slave of our moods or whatever it is.Do something different to change the bad feeling is necessary, well, thank you very much. Best wishes....O(n_n)O

You are very sensitive person. I don't have such a feeling though I've been active online for quite sometimes. But, it's a good feeling that you have and I'm just unlucky not to have such a feeling. I think it's melancholic right. I will have this feelings when I walk in the rain. But not in front of my pc. I'm so busy and has no way to think of other thing when I'm in front of my pc.

I think when we busy we will use most of our heart and brain to think on what we doing and that's why we never think of useless stuff. So, I keep on doing and thinking of something when I awake. Maybe that's the reason I don't think anything about feelings or something like that.

Hi,there,on the contrary,i think you are the lucky person who doesn't need time to solve mawkishness feelings. You know, that will waste much time and sometimes it makes you lost yourself if you can't find a appropriate way to console yourself. I prefer to be busy ,at least,my heart feel staid.

THe main reason is you are not in good mood. Sometimes we felt that way, nothing to worries and nothing to be sad but your feelings is different. Maybe you are sick and need medical attention. Be sure to take some vitamins and sleep more hours

This feeling is just normal and once in awhile it visits us. But don't dwell too much with it. Pray and trust God about all His plans. Stay positive. Maybe the rain just brought the feeling but remember that there's always sunshine after the rain.

Ye,whenever it is,we should be positive all the time. Even if some bad things happened to us,we still need to be strong enough to believe,we can undertake it,and we can move on with hope.

Boredom once in a while visit us to remind up that we need something to spice up our life. Our monotonous habits plus the weather must have triggered this lonesome feeling. Better get up, gear up and do something new today. Set those adrenalin pumping... Cheers and happy mylotting!

of course! I'm too happy to shares and exchange my thoughts to anyone. This exercise kinda kills boredom in my head. It stimulates the mind, and activates those dying neurons in my brains. Hope you don't find me boring... Have a nice evening!

xiaopinggai look just think do you have a job? are you broke? homeless? stuck in a retirement center? have no house and are in the rain and hungry and homeless? you are not ? then thank God and start counting all you do have. think about what you could do like donating some time to a nursing home or a h hospital or a library volunteering is fun and makes you happy so try it. also think about someone shut in whom you know would love a visit from you.the idea is to get your mind off how bad you feel and onto something different that makes you feel alive again. I know what being in the doldrums feels like but to get out of it you have to do something unselfish for someone else so you feel good again about yourself.

I do need to cherish what i owned,i can eat what i liked,i have a heathy body....... Yes,i should thank god,and be positive. The most bad feelings are on account of i keep my eyes on what i can't do,what i don't own,and i like to compare with those people who live better than me,then my heart feel sorrow. I believe you can understand this immature thought, though i said thousands of times that i must change this habbit,i still the person who is coward, negative and lazy.I hate myself like this. Again and again,i become numb and whatever it is. How can i stop it?When can i accept myself? BTW,thank you very much.

These feelings are very familiar to many of us. Some have it just once in a while without a reason. Others have it when the weather is changing, there is less sun or it runs into the family (the older you get the more it will catch you). It also can be a hormonal thing. The most important thing is to know that you are not the only one plus those feelings will be gone too. So pamper yourself these days, try to see the good things you have (even if they don't seem to count at the moment) and if necessary take vit. D3! this will make you feel better if there is a lack of sun. It's also good for your skin, bones and nerves plus you need it to be able to take calcium out of food.

Thank you so much.It is still a rainy day,but i feel much better now. I am a sensitive person, and easy to think too much about whatever i met.Or,i have to admit that negative mood overcome me,well,it won't succeed anymore. As for the reason, maybe i worried so much about my future that i am afraid to do something to change.

Find myself when it's gloomy and horrible weather I get a little down. I try to spend so much time online, then so much doing other things. Sometimes we get into a routine and forget about everything else in life but the computer.

Yep,i can't agree with you more. When i wanted to escape a bad feeling, computer will be the frist choice. However, though the time past ,the problem still ,then the heart become more and more sensitive.

I think the dreary weather triggers your melancholic mood. I mean you could be already thinking about your frined's and your relationship with them and getting sad about this. But now that the scenery right in front of you is far from cheering you up, it all rushes in and makes you feel down. It is quite normal to have these feelings once in a while. We are afterall not without our human emotions. But always remember that after the rains, the sun will also shine. That after the busy sked, you and your friends will also have time to spend together.

Hey,thank you,but i agree with you more or less, for it's not all about my friends. In fact, because i dislike sharing with others the unhappy things,so with the time flies, the negative mood seems like a volcano,it will explode at anytime. Well, now,i am fine,O(n_n)O.

Sometimes we will feel lonely and be in bad mood, but I believe you will feel happy again soon. Maybe you play computer so much, it's not good for our health. Invite your friend to go out once in a while, maybe you will feel better.
