I feel like I'm being put through circles

I finally got through to Paypal on the phone, the girl looked through my account and says nothing is wrong. I'm just not receiving my payouts from MyLot (this is two months in a row), $14 odd dollars the first, and then $18 odd the next. So I sent Mylot another email explaining this, as she told me to email the sender as they may have made a mistake or something went wrong on their end. I'm just getting tired of this, and hope in the end I dont loose the money I earned. I was thinking of just using another Paypal account for this month just in case.

911Ricky - Make sure you go to "preferences" and then "account information". Make sure you have all of that information filled out. I have had similar issue with the site Triond I was not paid 2 months in a row. Someone mentioned same thing to fill out that information about where I live etc. I don't know if that was the issue on Triond but I think so and I will see this next month around. myLot does say they will cancel the account with false information so it would make sense if no information, they won't pay, right?

Yes, all my information is filled out. That was the first thing I checked as well.

I was hoping for an easy fix. Darn. Are you receiving payments from other sites in this paypal account? Can you function the paypal account properly otherwise, as it should be?

Now it's my turn...great questions echo! I was reading where she was talking about her $100 that was messed up through Paypal...not sure how, but she hasn't received her myLot payments since. It almost reminds me of a hacker.

Wow, that's awful! Somebody is getting that money in their Paypal account. I'm assuming that you have received some payments from myLot already before these two, correct?

Yes, I've received it for about 3 years now. Just these last 2 months I havent received it.

I think rather than open a new account you will do better to finally get this issue solved. I am not sure how you can get to talk to a live person at MYLot, though, and you need to.

I sent off an email explaining to MyLot what Paypal had said to me. MyLot is pretty quick at responding but I dont know at which end needs to be fixed. I originally emailed MyLot the first time and they said the payment was successful, yet Paypal is saying there is no transactions.

You can try using another Paypal account just in case for next month's payout if in case that you're still having this trouble. I haven't had any problems with my account so far. What about from other earning sites? Were you able to receive some from them? Good luck and I hope this problem gets sorted.

I had gotten $100 stolen from me, but got it back. Which is what started all this, my account was set at limited and now I havent received any MyLot payments since.

I've been using paypal for probably 8 years and never had a single problem. I've also been at mylot for 6 years and have always received my payments and never had a problem. I think it is really awful that your payments are being sent from mylot and you are not getting them. Its not fair for you to be doing all this work and not getting your money. I hope the problem will be cleared up soon and maybe your money can be refunded.

Hi shaggin.. I've been using Paypal for well over 12 years and never once had a problem either. Something just is fishy here. I still feel that somehow when myLot sends her payments, they are going to someone else, which reminds me of some sort of Malware. Paypal is pretty reliable and I would think quite secure as so many people use it, and they will check her account completely to look for any discrepancies (I think I spelled that right, haha) but if they never received it, who did? That's what I'm wondering. Mylot is reliable on sending payments too, but somewhere between here and there, it disappeared.

I thought of that, but there is no track of it. The money from here hasn't hit my account. Which is why the rep from Paypal said it must be on MyLot end.

wow Ricki thats awful and I did not know mylot e er failed to send payments unless there is something in preferences ypu did not fill out do check as it might the smallest of errors or missed blank you did not fill in. also send private message GoAskAlice and Alex is great about responding to our messages and he will really help you good luck hope its all cleared up soon.

I'm still in the middle of trying to figure out but right now I'm out $ 32. 00. I don't think paypal is that reliable and secure.
