Good morning everyone! My husband and I have been seriously discussing getting another car. Has anyone here ever owned a Honda Pilot before? I like that brand and model because I've always heard good things about Honda and it is an attractive looking vehicle that seats up to 8 people. We are a family of 6 so this would be a good thing as far as size goes. I am wondering if it is a reliable car, comfortable to sit in, easy to drive, and what the gas mileage is like. We are looking at a used model, a few years old, to help bring down the cost. Any opinions or suggestions? Have a great day and happy myLotting!!!

I don't personally own a Honda Pilot, but I do have a Civic that I've been driving for almost 10 years. So, I can tell you of the Honda brand that the vehicles are very reliable and are also very comfortable to ride in as well. As far as the gas mileage on them go, they don't get the best gas mileage because of the fact that they are large vehicles. However, in their class they do get fairly good gas mileage. I almost forgot to add that I'm considering getting an SUV for our family in the near future and this is one of the ones that is on my list.

I have several friends that had Hondas in the past and they've never had any problems. They highly recommend them. But, please if you end up getting the Honda pilot and drive it for a while let me know what you think of it. I'm still kicking around the idea. Thanks for your comment and happy myLotting!!!

My father owns a 2008 model of the Honda Pilot, and personally I don't really like its gas mileage on it, but it is fairly comfy. One part that I really like is the air temperature controller that are for the passengers, as well as the recharger under it.

I figure since it's a larger vehicle the gas mileage might not be that great. Thanks for your comment and have a great day!!!

I don't know details but I had a friend that had one and loved it....I think it just depends on the car...have you driven one yet? I know for me when I get into a car if it's the right one for me!

I haven't driven one yet. I've just admired them driving by or in parking lots, and of course in that television commercial where everyone in the Honda Pilot are singing "Crazy Train"! I know I need to test drive one or two before making a final decision Thanks for your comment and have a great day!!!
